The Ardhowen Theatre and the National Trust property Castle Coole are just a 5 minute drive with The Marble Arch Caves and our famous Stairway to Heaven at Cuilcagh are also within a 15-20 minute drive. Canoe hire and Boat Hire is only a 10 minute walk away.

The Lakeside Apartment @ Muckno Lodge 4 star Failte Ireland approved Self Catering, is a cosy and luxurious 1 bedroom restored barn catering for 3 - 4 guests, with 1 bedroom - tailored to 1 super-king bedroom or a twin room (2 singles). We also have a double sofa bed in the living area that can sleep 1 adult or 2 young children. The Lakeside apartment has full cooking facilities with a fully fitted kitchen. Boasting waterside views, we are located beside Lough Muckno and Concra Wood Golf Course.

There is a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with American style fridge freezer, 5 ring cooker, double oven & a comfy island for food prep. There is a modern main bathroom with large bath & shower & another en-suite with large shower. Additional toilet is available downstairs. Laundry facilities are available in separate utility room. Light spacious downstairs hallway & upstairs landing with good view to help you relax.

Nestled in beautiful country farmland and only 5 minute drive to local town Ballinagh where there is shops, pubs, restaurants, & pharmacy. Beautiful area for walking & fishing as Cavan is renowned for its rivers and lakes. 4 New stables are available to rent separately and also Toddy’s Hideaway studio is new on same grounds as Cottage sleeping 2 and can be rented also.
