Welcome to our barn conversion which we hope will provide you with the perfect escape, a base for your countryside adventures or a bed after exploring nearby towns and cities. Located on a working dairy farm the barn was converted in 2019 into 2 separate apartments each accommodating max 4 people. At the moment only the ground floor apartment is available to guests. Perfectly located with easy access from the M1 motorway, an hours drive from Dublin and Belfast and only 8 min by car to Dundalk.

Lakeside Cottage

Lakeside Cottage is a cottage situated next to the rural village of Aughnacliffe Co.Longford. Suitable for Singles, Couples or Small families. We are next door to Leebeen Park with its beautiful playground and lake and a short 2 minute drive to scenic lakes of Lough Gowna. Lovely spot for fishing lovers and kayaking.1 Minute walk/drive tothe local pubs/shops and a short 5 min drive to nearby villages Arva and Lough Gowna. 15 minute drive to Longford Town and a 20 minute to Cavan Town centre.

Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

The Black Shack @ Bancran School

The Black Shack is a luxurious, detail-led Tiny House retreat, with a relaxed open plan living space that features soft leather sofas and a wood-burning stove... a genuine treat after a long day exploring the local area (when you're not unwinding in the private hot tub, that is!) The granny flat is joined to our family home, a large 5 bedroomed house in the beautiful seaside village of Blackrock, Co Louth. We are less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants on the seafront of the village, from where there is a regular bus service in to Dundalk.
