A beautiful property, clean and wonderfully presented. The breakfast items provided were very much appreciated and Easter treats for the kids was a really gorgeous touch. Would highly recommend 👌 Thank you Phyllis!

Had a great stay, loved the morning hellos from the beautiful sheep dogs, they were so cute. The barn was larger than I expected the photos don’t show the full size I don’t think. Hosts were friendly and so helpful even offering boots if we wanted to go walking. Would definitely recommend and we would stay again.

Hi , this is a beautiful place, but you either need to use taxi service to get around - Pauls taxi in Rathfriland or hire a car from the airport to get around. You need to be able to climb stairs to bedrooms so this wouldnt be suitable for someone with a mobility issue , but adding a sofa bed would maybe be a good benefit and could then house six easily instead of 4. I will be going back and taking my dogs next time . You hear plenty on cows in the daytime and this is your view from most windows , at night its very quiet and dark . Nearest supermarket is like 7 mins away by car but to walk it over an hour . Ample parking for several cars . Loft is a nice restaurant that is also at the supermarket complex . The supermarket complex in Nisa does plenty of take away food but more dinners than junk food. This is quiet so if you like walking or a calm break away this is perfect.

Wonderful stay here. We spent several days walking the property and using it a home base as we explored Donegal. It was cozy and wonderful the whole time.

We had a brilliant stay 2 night stay in the Orchard Cottage (4 adults and 1 toddler), which acted as our base to spend time Fermanagh over Easter. Peaceful and quiet setting with cosy vibes inside it felt like being right at home. The welcome basket on arrival was a nice touch, and our 2 year olds response this morning for breakfast was, she wanted some ginger cake so it was definitely a hit! Brilliant cottage to unwind and would definitely recommend this place to others. Seamus and Eileen are great hosts!

What a beautiful space with great amenities, spectacular views and hiking trails right there. Very comfortable and cozy… we loved our time there!

Upon arrival we were met by a smiling Bernadette who proudly showed us around the beautiful converted barn! What a showplace it is! Spacious rooms with comfortable furniture, every thing we needed for a short visit to northern Ireland! From a beautiful welcome basket filled with goodies such as bread, jam, butter, milk, tea and coffee, a much needed washer and dryer for our by then well traveled clothes, comfortable beds and the best in my mind heated floors!!! Bernadettes husband came over and lit a peat fire for us that evening in the more than impressive huge brick fireplace, both were very gracious and friendly hosts! The location is perfect for touring around northern Ireland, being about a hour and a half to the giants causeway and all the other great scenic locations. Not too far away is a small grocery store that carries all the essentials and has a post office for those postcards! The view from the back sitting room is amazing, hills and sheep grazing! Enjoying coffee there on our final morning we were surprised when it started snowing, we were able to enjoy watching the snow storm roll in covering the hills with a blanket of white! All in all a wonderful place to stay!!

Lovely place to stay. Slightly out of town so you have quiet and privacy but not too far such that getting supplies is a problem. Kieran is attentive and very friendly

Jane and Phil are fantastic hosts...super responsive, friendly and engaging. The accommodation is lovely, and perfectly matches the description, and is very well located for exploring Slane and the surrounding Boyne Valley. Highly recommended.

Stayed with kids for two nights so that we could attend athletics event. Lots of space, great nights sleep before competing, shame we didn’t have time to explore the area. Many thanks.

Peaceful location. Larissa was great to deal with and quick to answer any questions or concerns. Close to town but you probably still want to use a vehicle. Not suitable if you have mobility issues as you have to climb stairs to get up to the loft. Neat experience in a beautiful country setting.

Great Barn convertion, really comfortable and spotless. We stayed for a wedk as we were working close by. I would highly recommend it and will definitely stay again if in the area. Thanks Marianne !!

We had the most perfect stay at Liam’s house. It is just fabulous and both the main house and barn were just perfect for our family gathering. We were celebrating my parents 50 years of marriage and it couldn’t have been in a nicer surrounding. Big kids loved the games room, we are loved the different areas to chill in and have a drink and a game. Everything was amazing…some even used the gym! Thanks again. I’m sure we’ll be back. X x

Anne’s place was exactly as described. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We used it as a base for the Ulster Fleadh in Dromore and the location was excellent. We will definitely be back for another visit when we have a less hectic schedule to enjoy the peace and tranquility that Anne’s place provides.

We are a family of six who just recently stayed at the Hayloft and we all had a fantastic time. Accommodation was excellent, the grounds were fantastic and everything we needed had been thought of and made available. Definitely the best Airbnb we have stayed in to date!
