Welcome to our barn conversion which we hope will provide you with the perfect escape, a base for your countryside adventures or a bed after exploring nearby towns and cities. Located on a working dairy farm the barn was converted in 2019 into 2 separate apartments each accommodating max 4 people. At the moment only the ground floor apartment is available to guests. Perfectly located with easy access from the M1 motorway, an hours drive from Dublin and Belfast and only 8 min by car to Dundalk.

The Hayloft at Swainstown Farm

Unwind and enjoy the natural beauty surrounding this historic getaway. A 300-year-old Georgian hayloft that has been lovingly converted into a cosy, modern space. Set in the heart of a regenerative family run farm. Enjoy fresh farm eggs for breakfast or a delicious coffee from our rustic farm shop "The Piggery" open on weekends throughout Summer. Located near the sleepy village of Kilmessan, 1.5km from Station House Hotel, 6km’s from the ancient Hill of Tara, a 45-minute drive from Dublin.

Flowerhill Cottage

Flowerhill Cottage is a 18th Century barn which has been sympathetically restored to an exceptional standard. In 2021 we have replaced the bathroom, installed new triple glazing and completed redecorated. The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen/dining area, and living room with double sofa bed and a wood burning stove. The accommodation can be altered to suit the needs of any guest. Cots, high chairs etc can be provided upon request.

The barn loft Dyan mill

Located in a beautiful rural location, within an 1830s barn. Your next door neighbours are not what you would be used to. Look over the pond and you will see all kinds of weird and wonderful animals in the on-site petting farm. If you are feeling peckish and don’t feel like cooking, why not try out the on-site restaurant please checkout social media for opening days(The hungry goat) Dyan mill farm is open July Thursday to Sunday. The Byre

A unique farmhouse cottage sympathetically restored with views of Lough Swilly. The cottage is situated amongst a peaceful and rural setting. This is a wonderful space to relax beside the fire with modern facilities. This cosy space boasts many facilities including stove, sliding sash style windows, washing-machine, shower, cooker & oil heating. Letterkenny is a 10 minute drive, Derry City 30 minutes, 2 miles from the Wild Atlantic Way Route

This cosy barn conversion on the banks of the river Boyne in the shadow of Newhaggard Mill is situated on a farm 2 miles from the historic town of Trim. This barn contains 3 holiday homes. A car would be essential as there is no public transport on this route.
