Monthly Rentals in Mandurriao

Our 2-night stay here was great. The host was very responsive. The place was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the well-equipped kitchen and the amenities like the fast Wi-Fi and smart TV truly made our stay feel like a home away from home. We would absolutely love to stay here again on our next trip.

This place has everything you need! Had a great time staying here; well worth it. 2nd time staying in the same bldg, and the bldg staff are still really nice. Benjie was an awesome host - responsive and totally accommodating.

Theas condo is sparkling clean, super cosy and very quiet. The bed is super comfortable and the kitchen fully equipped. I really enjoyed staying there. The apartment is in a quiet area, not far from the shopping mall and offers the perfect mix between living in a quiet area and be close to all the attractions

We were there just short of a month and our stay was everything we hoped or expected. T he condo is in a great location, the security is excellent, the air conditioning worked very well (had to turn them off when we got up in the mornings because it was so cool). All the pictures and descriptions of the condo were exactly correct. This was our first experience with AirBnB and Val and his brother, Brendan, made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They were quick to address any questions or concerns (which were minor) we had. Family members that visited us at the condo unit were amazed at how nice it was. Also we had a medical issue one night not related to the unit but the staff at One Madison Place made sure medical personnel were able to reach us quickly and deal with the issue immediately. We would definitely want to stay here again should we come back to Iloilo.
