Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not suitable for allergy sufferers, people with physical limitations and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

3 min walk from the train station. Bush. right at the house. 5 minutes to the pedestrian zone. 30 min drive to the legendary Nürburgring. Koblenz offers a colorful nightlife & is also less than 30 minutes away by car. (Bus & train runs directly from Mayen) The apartment is centrally located but still quiet You can expect a familiar, uncomplicated atmosphere in a detached house. Ideal for couples, adventurers traveling alone, business travelers, families (with children).

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

Small two-storey cottage. On the ground floor storage facilities for bicycles. The apartment on the first floor can be reached via an external staircase. It is divided into a living/dining area with small kitchenette and a bathroom with spacious shower. To sleep, head down the inner stairs to an open gallery, where a 1.60 m wide bed awaits you. If you come with four people, the couch can be folded into a full double bed.
