Welcome to Larcher House! Guests who want to get away from the hustle and bustle, in the midst of the Tyrolean mountains, are in the right place. Enjoy hikes in untouched, still pristine nature, refresh yourself in the nearby natural lake with a Kneipp facility. In winter, you are a few minutes' drive from the glacier cable car or Rifflseebahn (free ski bus stops in the immediate vicinity). Cross-country skiers start right next to the house. We would be happy to welcome you as our guests!

The holiday apartment "Sunnseitn Lodge Exclusive Panorama" in Moos in Passeier/Moso in Passiria is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway with stunning panoramic views of the surrounding Alps. The 66 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a TV. You also have your own private infrared sauna.

The apartment is located in a house built in 2018 in the center of the tranquil Ötztal municipality of Längenfeld. Despite the central location, the surroundings are very quiet and sunny. Shopping, restaurants, bus stops, local infrastructure and the "Aqua Dome" thermal baths are within walking distance within minutes. The apartment itself is on the 1st floor and consists of a furnished kitchen-living room, bathroom, bedroom and a room with a pull-out sofa bed. (Total size 56 m²)

The apartment is equipped for 8-11 people and consists of a spacious living room with natural wood furniture, fully equipped kitchen Cable TV with regional information channels, radio CD player, fast Wi-Fi Internet, upholstered seating furniture, 4 separate bedrooms (in one bedroom there is also a sofa and a flat-screen satellite TV), 2 bathrooms (one with additional toilet), 1 separate toilet, 1 wardrobe. Large, sunny and furnished terrace with a Weber gas grill.

The Chalet Heidi und Peter is situated in a peaceful area of San Leonardo in Passiria/Sankt Leonhard in Passeier, surrounded by mountains. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine as well as a TV. In addition, a private sauna is available for your use.

Sölden Apartment Stefan

All Comfort Apartment, No premium card is included at this apartment price (Use of the Leisure Arena) A tourist tax of €5 per person per night is charged on site in summer. From January to February, our apartments are only available from Saturday to Rented on Saturday. You can see the pictures of the apartments on my homepage. You can book breakfast on site as well. €20 per person per day. Washing and drying laundry costs €10 per load and is not free of charge.

We rent out our log cabin in a very quiet location with a wonderful view and a very cosy atmosphere. It has been lovingly renovated. Our guests have access to: a large living room, a new kitchen, a sunny conservatory, a bedroom, a small bedroom, an entrance hall, a bathroom and a toilet. Also: large terrace and a large garden that you can use. Private parking. Of course, we are happy to provide information to our guests and are usually available in person.
