Es befindet sich in einem unabhängigen Gebäude auf dem Gelände des Schloss Wappersdorf, in dem am Wochenende ein Biergarten geführt wird und das über das Jahr verteilt mit einer Reihe ansprechender Kulturveranstaltungen lockt. Im Appartment kann man seine völlige Ruhe und Zweisamkeit genießen, abgeschirmt von allem, oder bei Lust und Laune Schlossbetrieb und Umgebung erkunden.

On the ground floor there is a sofa bed, TV & fireplace. The living area on the 1st floor is decorated in Mediterranean flair with dining area, kitchen, sofa corner & large flat-screen TV. A bathroom with daylight windows and bedroom with walk-in closet are also located on the upper floor.

Spend the night in the old wood warehouse of the carpenter's shop. The guest house can accommodate up to 7 people. In the old carpentry shop there is now a tasting room, which is available as a lounge during your visit. You are also welcome to book a tasting (wine, whiskey, beer, etc.) or a culinary journey. More information is available by phone. There is also a shared terrace and garden on the property. A playground is directly adjacent to the garden.

Das Apartment war zuvor 10 Jahre lang ein Laden Namens Ayu Living. Ayu bedeutet auf Balinesisch wunderschön. Und das wollen wir in unserem Apartment vermitteln. Wenn man hier rein kommt fühlt man sich gleich wohl. Im Herzen von Landshut nur wenige Gehminuten in die Altstadt, aber trotzdem in einer sehr ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen. Ein Supermarkt (Penny), Fitness Center und Bushaltestelle gleich um die Ecke. Mehrere Restaurants in Gehweite vorhanden.

The spacious TOM holiday apartment consists of two separate non-smoking units and accommodates up to 12 guests, making it ideal for families, groups, and workers. The first floor offers three bedrooms for up to 7 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. The attic unit accommodates up to 5 guests and includes a kitchen and bathroom. A terrace, balcony, free bed linen and towels, and parking are available.

Wasserkocher, löslicher Kaffee und Tee vorhanden. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. KEINE Dusche, KEINE Küche ! Im Haus gibt es noch 2 Gästezimmer. Dort auch ein Gästebad.
