This home is well- maintained and has lovely outdoor spaces. The artwork in the home was unique and fun, not cookie-cutter or generic. I loved that. The amenities were just what was needed to prepare meals or enjoy ourselves. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable, with friendly neighbors. Overall, this is a great location and property.

We loved this house! My family and I felt right at home. Very kid friendly home. The lanai patio doors had three security features: regular door lock, an alarm and plastic butterfly child proof locks. This was a plus for us. Lots of kids toys and pool/beach toys. Lots of beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella and cooler if needed. This was another plus! Nice garage. Large capacity washer and dryer. Plenty of detergent. Very well organized kitchen cabinets and drawers with inner photo labels. Large amount of bakeware. We cooked something everyday and found there to be plenty of supplies. We accidentally broke a set of blinds in one of the rooms and let Lena know right away. She was very understanding and will charge us appropriately. Thank you again Lena!

My vacation at Anna Maria Island was a wonderful experience, thanks to our fantastic Airbnb hosts! Overall, the stay was great, with the property meeting all our expectations for a relaxing beach getaway. The hosts were exceptional, maintaining excellent communication throughout our trip and promptly addressing a couple of minor issues that arose during our stay. Their responsiveness and care made all the difference. The location on Anna Maria Island was perfect, and the home was comfortable and well-suited for our needs. We’re already looking forward to booking this place again for our next visit! Highly recommend!

Check in was easy and the house was super clean. The backyard is really cool, feels like you are at the beach with the tiki bar. Definitely would come back.

The house was very cute and the beds were super comfy. It was the perfect size for our weekend! We attended a rowing regatta in Sarasota and this was just far enough away to not be in a super crowded area. It was also within driving distance of a ton of restaurants and grocery stores. Very family friendly neighborhood so very peaceful at night.

What a Gorgeous and unique Airbnb. I loved the history behind the house and its tie to the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. It truly felt like a little piece of history. The view out the kitchen window alone was worth the stay. Most peaceful cup of coffee I’ve had in a long time. The beds were comfy, the decor was modern yet meaningful. We partook in the kids game selection. We truly enjoyed our stay. I look forward to our next visit. We even meet and chatted with Wylan on the day of our departure and honestly couldn’t have been a nicer more welcoming host. A big thank you again for opening your home to us!

Place was very clean , smelt good , ice cold a/c which I was a big fan of ! Clear instructions the whole way through and a very easy check in! Next time we are in the St. Pete area we will be staying here again!

We had an amazing stay! We had a family of 8 and the house was perfect for all of us. The house was absolutely beautiful! It was super clean. We spent a lot of time in the pool and hot tub. The outdoor table also has a fire pit which was perfect at night. There were lots of amenities provided. There’s plenty of beach supplies/ extra towels. The house was filled with lots of stuff we didn’t have to pack, because it was already there. The beach is super close, about 10 minutes away, which was a bonus. Ashley has been wonderful! She’s super responsive and even allowed us to check in an hour early. We have a great vacation! We couldn’t recommend this place more! The perfect family vacation home.

Our stay at Katie's was a wonderful experience. So much to do within the house as well as the backyard. Katie & Terry were both prompt when needed throughout the trip and made us feel at home. Katie also have great recommendations for grocery shopping which made me fall in love with the Amisb Supermarket. Also, great proximty to many attractions. We will most definitely find more time to stay here again!

we just spent a week at Ryan's place and it was amazing! the space was very clean and organized. this was one of the better equipped airbnb homes I have stayed in. the kitchen was well organized and had many convenient items most places do not have. there were beach chairs, sand toys, and even a wagon, which with having three kids was a blessing. the pool was amazing and maintained the temp of 88. I know some previous reviews discussed jet noise, as this is super close to SRQ but the jet noise was not an issue for us, and there were maybe 10 flights a day that we heard. Ryan was great at responding and providing instructions that were essential for our stay. we had a great time and my kids had the best time and are already asking when we can be back.

This is probably the best house you could stay in! We absolutely loved everything about it, the house is spotlessly clean and incredibly well-equipped, the beds are super comfy, and the view from the pool is simply breathtaking. The location is also perfect: less than 5 minutes to the grocery store, 10 minutes to restaurants and shopping, and about 30 minutes to some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches. A big plus was the pool service, they even left a note detailing what they had done and how long we should wait before using the pool again. Mergim was extremely supportive, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. Thank you so much for having us, we truly enjoyed every moment at this beautiful place. We can absolutely recommend this house and will definitely be back!

Believe the positive reviews! We had a wonderful six night stay at this New Townhome located close to UTC with plenty of restaurants and shopping very close by. Nathan Benderson Park, Beaches, gyms & downtown Sarasota Bayfront Park & Marina Jack all within a 25min or less drive. Ed was extremely responsive & would answer any questions right away. They provided beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels and even an umbrella which was a definite plus. The home was extremely clean and we all felt very much at home. The beds were extremely comfortable and bed linens felt like higher quality & all beds had plenty of pillows. The neighborhood was very quiet with access to a nice community pool which was very close to the unit. My husband and I and our three adult daughters stayed here very comfortably and had plenty of privacy. I would highly recommend this property and host!

I loved staying here.. had our coffee on the porch every morning with a gentle breeze off the trees.. so quiet and tranquil.. the place is so nice and clean and everything including chairs to sit at the beach to use.This is a home away from home.. very comfortable and a great yard if you bring your dog.

We had a family of 9. The home had more than enough beds for us to feel that we had enough to host for each person plus ample room for more. The entire home was carefully supplied with plenty of kitchen cooking supplies, high quality linens, and beach and bath towels. We used every part of the house to entertain ourselves and it was hard to say goodbye after a week stay. The AMI beaches are about a 20-30 min drive, but completely worth it to have this waterfront property that has all the amenities that condos fall short on. Jason was just a text away for any of our requests. This place is a gem and we would rent again without looking elsewhere.
