Monthly Rentals in Manatee County

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. We stayed here while we were waiting for our new build house to be complete. The beautiful condo, community and the amenities made the transition from Michigan much easier. Not to mention that Joann and Todd are amazing hosts. 10+ rating. Without reservation, I recommend. This should be the standard of AirBNB.

Great place! It was very clean and we enjoyed our stay very much. Backyard/pool area was absolutely amazing and looked just like the photos. Would definitely stay here again!

Upon my arrival Philip was very responsive via messages. Whenever I reached out, he responded within minutes. Gave great instructions on the check in process. The home was nice and cozy (especially the beds!!) exactly how pictured. It was clean. Nice surroundings restaurants within 5-10 minutes of the home. I only stayed for 1 night, and it was what we needed! There was a laundry room with complimentary detergent. I have no complaints at all. Myself and the other guest gave it a thumbs up!

I am a new fan of Lakewood National and Lakewood Ranch. There is much to do both on the property and on the Main Street and Waterside areas as well as beyond. The apartment is a good size for 2 people and was also fine when we had guests over as well There were some items that needed attention - not surprising - and the good news is that Kelly was very responsive.
