Summer cottage/cabin at Grundsjön

Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linens and towels should be brought by yourself. Cleaning should be done before you check out and should be thoroughly done, for example, vacuum, dry the floors, dust the bathroom and the kitchen. So you leave the house in the condition it was in when you arrived. Rowing boat is included to the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

Modern and cozy cottage in Mattestorp on Branäsberget, with wonderful views of the Klarälven river. Spacious and peaceful accommodation, in the middle of nature. The cottage has 10 beds, well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, furnished patios and barbecue. Spacious sqm with ground floor and loft. Open plan for kitchen and living room with fireplace. Four bedrooms of which double beds in two of the rooms, two bunk beds in one room and double bed in the upstairs loft. Two bathrooms, sauna, dishwasher, washing machine and drying cabinet.

The cottage is beautifully located next to Klarälven. In the surrounding area, there are nice hiking trails and good opportunities for fishing. A large forest area, with plenty of moose, starts near the house. A five-minute drive will take you to a small swimming pond with its own beach and jetty. To Branäs ski resort, it takes 25 minutes and to Långberget, with both nice hiking trails and ski trails, it is an hour's drive. The cottage belongs to Länsmansgården, which was built in the mid-18th century. The owners live on the property.
