The place is just like in the pictures. All amenities are accurate. There is sufficient parking for 2 cars. Prashant is always responsive and helpful. Stay was comfortable and felt like home. Highly recommended.

Good place to stay . Care taker near by in case we need any thing . All kitchen utensils were present and 2 rooms also had A/C

The property is nestled in a serene area of Nilambur. It was exactly as described, and all the listed amenities were available. The flat was spotless. Moreover, Mr. Vasudevan was a warm and welcoming host. He was prompt in helping us with directions and made us feel right at home. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.

The place is very nice surrounded by greenery , fireflies can be seen if you switch the lights off at night .There is small waterfall in the property as well. host was kind enough to share local recommendations,help us with the location and we ordered the breakfast from there ,It was nice and homely
