Comfortable, modern and quiet 2 bedroom apartment in premium condo, with privileged location at La Patacona beach. Featuring partial relaxing sea views from the private terrace and all modern comforts: swimming pool, elevator, air conditioning / heating, concierge, Fiber Optic 100 MB WiFi, in a trendy area with lots of nice restaurants & bars nearby and really well communicated with the city centre. Has everything that a couple, or a family would need for a relaxing stay in Valencia's seaside. My home is located on the 3rd floor of a new, modern condo with communal swimming pool (open from mid June to mid September, without lifeguard), which has an elevator and offers concierge service. It features a spacious living room with fully equiped open concept kitchen, a very nice terrace offering side sea views, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room offers a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV, and a nice dining table with four chairs. A floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door opens to the private terrace, featuring side sea views and a table with 4 chairs. This is the ideal space for al fresco dining (possible nearly all year round), sipping a glass of Valencian wine or simply continue lounging after a day out in the beach. In the fully-equipped kitchen you’ll find everything you might need to prepare a quick meal: kitchenware, tableware, oven, microwave, diswasher, vitroceramic hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and a toaster. I also provide some basic kitchen condiments such as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper and some others, and detergent for washing crockery, to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping. In both bedrooms there is a comfy double bed to ensure a good night's rest, and both of them have a closet with enough room for your clothes. The brand-new bathroom features a standing shower. I provide complimentary bath amenities such as hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Clean, fresh bed linen and bath towels are also provided. The high speed Internet connection will make it possible for you to stay connected or get some work done, should you need to. If you need a travel cot for your baby, don’t hesitate to ask! I could arrange it. The apartment has also an integrated air conditioning / heating system, to ensure the maximum comfort. The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment after departure. No cleaning service is offered during the stay. Please ask if you are missing something and I will be delighted to assist with whatever I can. Once you complete the reservation, I will send you a document with some information regarding the apartment, personal insider tips on what to do and visit, and some local restaurant and bars recommendations, to help you make the best out of your stay in La Patacona and Valencia. For stays of more than 28 days, the costs of supplies (water, electricity and WIFI) are included up to a limit of € 150 / month, enough to enjoy all the comforts of the house. The tenant would pay the difference in case of exceeding this limit.

Our bright and comfortable apartment of approx. 60 m² is located on the first floor of a modern residential building and is an ideal retreat for couples and business travellers. The open layout and ample natural light create a calm and pleasant atmosphere. LIVING AREA & BALCONY The spacious living room with a comfortable sofa and smart-tv bed opens directly onto the private balcony. Here you can enjoy meals outdoors, have a glass of wine or simply relax while looking out at the sea. KITCHEN The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a Nespresso coffee machine. Dishes, kitchen utensils, basic spices and cleaning products are provided. BEDROOM The bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed (160 × 190 cm) and a large built-in wardrobe with ample storage space. BATHROOM The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, bidet, washing machine and hairdryer. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided. Towels are intended for use inside the apartment only; for the beach, please bring your own towels or purchase them locally. Toilet paper and shower gel are provided in a small starter quantity. AMENITIES & COMFORT Integrated air conditioning with heating ensures comfortable temperatures throughout the year. Fast, free fibre-optic Wi-Fi (WLAN) is also available. The building is equipped with an elevator. COMPLEX & PARKING The residential complex is quiet and secure and offers a concierge service. From the communal garden there is direct access to the beach promenade. A free private underground parking space is reserved for you and is accessible via a car lift.

Muy bien acondicionado y surtiso en el Barrio de moda del Cabañal, cerca de todo y alejado del tráfico y bullicio! Apartamento en el Cabañal de 40 metros cuadrados en primer piso con una escalera típica de la construcción de los Poblados Marítimos de Valencia de 15 escalones!. Escalera que da acceso a dos apartamentos, ambos de mi propiedad. Mi hija y yo vivimos arriba con acceso independiente. Mediante la aplicación estoy disponible en todo momento, 24 horas, para cualquier tipo de duda, necesidad o problema cuenta con nosotras! En esta casa si se rompe algo, no pasa nada, no hay que pagarlo!! A la hora de la salida lo más importante es no olvidar algo que luego vayáis a necesitar.
