Orren cabin med ski inn and out

Flott hytte med 3 soverom. Hovedsoverom. 180cm seng. Soverom 2 - 120cm og 75cm seng. Soverom 3- 150cm og 90cm seng. Alle sengene har enkelt dyner, totalt 8stk. . Sengetøy og håndkler må medbringes ved opphold. Hytta må vaskes og ryddes i eget regi etter bruk (vaskemidler m mer finnes på hytta). Utvask kan bestilles, gi beskjed om det ønskes. Som svensk statsborger gis det rut/ rot fradrag. . Det er en 50» smart tv, ps4 samt Apple tv i stua og en 32» tommer smart tv på hemsen. Det er kaffetrakter, brødrister, stavmikser, vannkoker, mikrobølgeovn, riskoker, kjøkkenvekt, kjøkkentilbehør, kasseroller osv. Utendørs er det gassgrill som kan benyttes. Sluttstäd av hytta kan bestilles for Kr.2000( gi beskjed i god tid). Rut avdrag er mulig for svenske statsborgere, men da må Städtjänsten ha navn, adress, personnummer osv. Rut fradrag gjør at leietager betaler kun 50% (1000kr)- faktura direkte fra Städtjänst. Om man ønsker vaske i eget regi, tilkommer kontrollgebyr kr 350 for ekstern kontroll slik at vi har kontroll på rengjøringen før neste gjest ankommer. Håper på forståelse for det. Small house on Blomstervägen

Take a break in this affordable, little cozy house with warming fireplace in the living room. Kitchen, bedroom and fresh small bathroom. Bed linens and towels are included, as well as tea and coffee. The house is close to Orrskogen. About 1.2 km to our new swimming pool, the ice rink and our nice cross-country skiing tracks. Good accommodation if you are passing through and looking for accommodation. A great place to stay if you want to make day trips in Dalarna, participate in sporting events and more. The cabin dream - with its own sauna

Enjoy quiet days in a cozy cabin with a brand new wood-fired sauna, perfect for relaxing after hiking in the mountains or a day on the slopes. The cabin is large (109 sqm), spacious and open. The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, on skis and by bike. There is the possibility of hunting and fishing. Right outside the door, there is a well-developed network of well-prepared ski slopes. It is a short distance to the alpine resorts in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes). Here you have proximity to activities both in summer and winter.

Stuga Malung/Sälen

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Here you really live in peace. The cottage is located in Malungsfors, 10 km north of Malung. You have 40 kilometers to Kläppen and 60 kilometers to Sälen village. Outside the cottage, the Västerdalälven river flows, which is known for its nice fly fishing in the summer. A very quiet location at one end of the village. The house is only surrounded by 3 summer homes. Full standard in the household, new municipal sewage and water in 2022 and new water heater in 2023. Stove with high coziness factor.

Lakefront cottage with boat, beach and private jetty

Spacious holiday home with lake plot. Completed in 2017 with a bright and open plan with all possible amenities. There is access to a boat and a lovely swimming jetty. Lake perfect for fishing! Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. A/C is available for hot days.

Forsstugan

Relax in this individual and tranquil space. A smaller gravel road leads you to a dead end where Forsstugan awaits overlooking the Västerdalälven river. Enjoy the tranquility but with proximity to the more eventful mountains. Depending on which mountain you want, after a 20-30 minute drive, you can take part in all the mountain's offerings, so that after an adventurous day, you can return to Forsstugan's quiet nook and warm yourselves in front of the fire. In the summer you have walking distance to the popular Äråbadet.

Near the house, there are hiking trails and in winter snowmobile trails and prepared cross-country ski trails.
