It has fabulous views across the Bristol Channel, and is a the perfect retreat from busy daily life.

This is the original Barbrook schoolroom built by the Methodists in 1870 - a large airy groundfloor space with tall windows looking out across the valley. It is now a romantic hideaway for two - an elegant but comfortable open-plan apartment featuring log stove, large bed, and window seats, plus underfloor heating, modern well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, and smart TV. It's an ideal base from which to explore all the pleasures of Exmoor by the sea, and your hosts are just next door if needed.

Beautiful guest house just outside Umberleigh in North Devon, in the heart of the Taw Valley. Our guest house is situated atop a hill with panoramic views of the surrounding scenery and historic Tarka Trail. Fully self-contained building, patio and parking area. Fully fitted kitchen and living room, with a separate bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Underfloor heating coupled with a log burning fireplace for chilly days. Only a short drive to some stunning beaches and marvelous countryside.

Relax in this unique log cabin, with off road parking and all the facilities to make your stay a delight. Amongst the trees, the cabin is in earshot of the seashore with views from inside and outside of the ever-changing tides and hills beyond. Porthole Log Cabin has a king-sized bed with en-suite bathroom, complete with a roll top bath and a separate walk-in shower. Outside, the large elevated decking area has three separate seating areas to enjoy the ambience of the peaceful setting.

A lovely cosy hideaway, with direct access to Exmoor, the Doone Valley and beyond! The cottage has many original features, including a wood-burner and rustic beams - and maintains its character (refurbished in 2020). Parsonage Farm Cottage is completely separate from the main house, with its own garden, incredible views and peace and quiet, with Oare Water running along the bottom of the property. Just a short drive to the lovely villages of Lynton and Lynmouth, & Porlock.

The old workshop is less than a 10 minute walk from two good Pubs, The Staghunters Inn & The Rockford Inn. There are amazing walks from the doorstep, a favourite being the walk to Lynmouth along the spectacular East Lyn river via the National Trust tearooms at Watersmeet - The perfect place to stop for coffee halfway! Cloud End is a studio room for 2 people. An idyllic, peaceful spot in the heart of the Valley of Rocks with spectacular views of the valley. It is just 5 minute walk down to the Valley of Rocks, 10 minutes walk up the road into Lynton. Visitors can then take the Funicular Cliff Railway down to the picturesque harbour of Lynmouth. The entire space is step free and is easily accessible for people with limited mobility.
