Mountain cabin at 1000 m with sauna on the southern slope

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. SO Apartments EG - Filzmoos, Neuberg

The accessible apartment is located in the ground floor of a solid wood house with two accommodation units in total. The house is placed in a sunny, quiet location at 1050m in height and has a beautiful view to the Dachstein massif. The ski areas Filzmoos (6 km), Flachau/Wagrain (16km) and Flachauwinkel/Zauchensee (22km) are easy to reach. At Altenmarkt you can relax in the Therme „Amadee“ in summer as well as in winter. Off the ski saison the region is a beautiful hiking area.

Our Waterfall View Suite covers 49 m² and features a living/dining area with a designer kitchen and a separate bedroom, allowing up to 4 people to sleep comfortably. In the Belle Époque house built in 1895, right in the historic city centre of Bad Gastein, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley and the famous waterfall. As the starting point of the Kaiser Wilhelm Promenade, our in-house café/wine bar with a great sun terrace invites you to enjoy exquisite drinks.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

The luxurious rain shower, comfortable seating area and cosy box bed ensure that your stay here is a real treat. After an active day in the mountains, you can completely unwind here.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.

The Bergromantik Ferienwohnung Charisma in Marktschellenberg offers a whirlpool, a sauna, a terrace and free private parking. It is 13 km from Hohensalzburg Fortress.
