The villa is located in a secluded area and is about 200 meters from the village It consists of an indigenous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part, which is dominated by large glass surfaces that connect the interior of the house with the exterior. In the old part of the house there is a bedroom, and in the new part there is a living room with a kitchen and a large bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. There are eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables at your disposal.

House with 3 apartments. Apartment Marinero is located in a high attic with a beautiful view of the bay. It has a bedroom with 2 double beds and a sofa bed in the living room! On the ground floor there is a swimming pool with sun loungers and a barbecue with a mini kitchen available to guests from all 3 apartments. All apartments have Wi-Fi and Internet TV, air conditioning and a washing machine for use. The distance from the sea and the beach is less than 5 minutes on foot, and from the center of Malinska 5 minutes by car.
