The villa is located in a secluded area and is about 200 meters from the village It consists of an indigenous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part, which is dominated by large glass surfaces that connect the interior of the house with the exterior. In the old part of the house there is a bedroom, and in the new part there is a living room with a kitchen and a large bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. There are eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two gardens with seasonal vegetables at your disposal.

All apartments have Wi-Fi and Internet TV, air conditioning and a washing machine for use. The distance from the sea and the beach is less than 5 minutes on foot, and from the center of Malinska 5 minutes by car.

Welcome to our little paradise.🌴☀️ We (Ivo & Birgit) had our dream by the sea built this year and will be completely finished with our vacation home in 2025. The house is basically a semi-detached house built one behind the other. We live in one part ourselves and we would like to rent the other part from now on. We are a life-experienced, cosmopolitan and young, fun-loving couple and look forward to seeing you!
