Waterfront holiday rentals in Malinska-Dubašnica

The location is perfect, 15 meters from the beach. The beach offers several entrances to the water, as well as concrete plattous, as well as pebble beach. The apartment is small but easy to use for 5 adults, and is very well equipped. Also the balcony is very nice but for 5 people could be a bit bigger. The host is super nice, communication is exclusively Croatian or English. Overall: good hosts, really nice cute apartment, and our huge car was in the garage! GREAT! We would like to come back to Katarina!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the apartment is unbeatable: 15 m to the sea, swimming options with sun or shade as desired, quiet (2nd half of May). Very friendly hosts who make their own olive oil and very good sheep cheese. Every now and then there was fresh salad for us from Grandma's garden; the terrace is lovingly decorated with potted plants. The apartment is wonderfully suitable for 2 people; it looks smaller in reality than in the pictures, but the bedroom was newly furnished with plenty of storage space. Good heating/air conditioning available. Highly recommended, we will be happy to come back!

Great location, lots of good restaurants and a bakery nearby

The accommodation was beautifully furnished , clean , tidy , Dorian was very kind , quickly communicated , we very much appreciated the timely arrival to the hostel , a good idea with its own opening of the accommodation , location amazing 5 minutes from the water , maximum recommend for families with children , beautiful surroundings, the opportunity to go along the water for walks , close to the city , but the noise from the city was not heard for the accommodation , the children could easily sleep. We really enjoyed our vacation and will be happy to come another time . 😊

Beautifully located apartment with fantastic views and directly on the sea. Everything was fine, the beds very comfortable! Since we caught a very hot week, we were very happy with the air conditioning. Friendly and very likeable landlords. Will come again any time!

Friendly host greeted us upon arrival, shared local recommendations, and didn’t mind coming to our rescue when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The house was large enough to accommodate 9 adults and 1 child - we were all comfortable. The place is a short drive away from several island locations: city of Krk, Baška, Vrbnik, and only 5 minutes away from ferry to another island - Cres. We also really liked a short trek to the beach - a lovely 10 minute trail walk.

We were more than satisfied. The privacy was exactly as we imagined it. After a small problem, the landlord was there so quickly. We lacked nothing. The sunrises at the top seat were intoxicating. It was all in all a beautiful stay that we will never forget. The house ,the surroundings ,just everything.

We had two very pleasant nights. Evjezdana was very welcoming, recommended restaurants and activities to us. The apartment is very comfortable, refurbished, very clean and very well equipped. The bedding is particularly comfortable. Thanks, we'll be back.

Beautiful location. Communication was very easy and quick. The pictures and the description of both the pictures and the description were fine. Unfortunately, only the jacuzzi was not really heated. Otherwise 10/10

Wonderful accommodation with a large garden and nice ambiance in Jadranovo. There are 2 paths to the beach near A quick climb (5 minutes, way back more strenuous) and one through a small grove (10 minutes). Very well equipped. e.g. several sets of glasses, barbecue with prefabricated wood, good and beautiful household appliances, etc. Small supermarket and bakery within 15 minutes walking distance and larger towns by car about 15 - 20 minutes away. In addition, the host was quickly accessible, direct and very likeable :)

Superbly located apartment with great sea views. Apartment is very comfortable and modern, we didn't miss anything. The beach is quickly accessible and super suitable for extensive walks. Apartment is equipped with a small private pool. All destinations on the island of Krk can be reached within a short time. Nice communication with hosts. It was a perfect getaway. Beautiful location and super friendly and responsive host. Enjoyed all the corners of the terrace including the BBQ. Glad everything was within walking distance and the children quickly felt at home.

Great place for a family holiday among the pines. Host Svetlana greeted us hospitably, treated us with her own cakes and a pleasant conversation. Everything is new and well maintained in the apartment, I want to highlight the super comfy mattress on the bed separately. Access to the beach through a picturesque trail overlooking the sea.

Everything you need is there -Fly screen - Peaceful oasis -Al fresco shower - Extractor hood to the outside - Large terrace Negative: -No private parking - Very hard bed - Lots of mosquitoes on the terrace - No German TV We would come back!

Apartment located in a strategic position. Great pool always clean. Francois and Monika are great hosts ready to give all the information and advice. Small downside but not serious cleanliness not optimal but overall it is there. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is amazing – right by the sea with stunning sunset views. The beach in front of the villa is clean and beautiful, and the water is crystal clear. There are nice restaurants within walking distance, and it’s super easy to explore the whole island of Krk and even visit the nearby Risnjak National Park. Mirjana was so kind and always quick to help whenever we had a question. We’d love to come back one day. Thanks so much!

We spent a week of vacation in Malinska in Damir and Ornela's apartment. We were immediately very well received and the owners were available and kind in providing us with all the necessary information for our stay. The apartment is bright, tastefully furnished and has a terrace that allows you to eat outdoors and enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the center of Malinska.
