Marijana is a warm and likeable host. The place was very clean, the location simply fantastic! From the beautiful balcony direct sea view, on foot the sea can be reached in 3 minutes. Very quiet location!

Ana and her husband were very nice from the beginning. The house was beautiful, especially the hot tub. The location is great, you walk 5 min to the supermarket and 10 min to the beach and also have a great bus connection to Zadar. Overall, it was a really great trip!

A great apartment with a beautiful view of the sea, which you can reach in 1 minute on foot. It's also great that you can rent a stand-up paddle. Communication was friendly and warm. It was a pity that we only learned on the day of departure that we had to pay a surcharge for the dogs. When we booked, there was no information about it.

We were allowed to spend four days in this beautiful accommodation and felt incredibly comfortable. The location is a bit remote and wonderfully quiet – yet you are only half an hour away from Zadar, surrounded by fantastic olive groves. The terrace with the large barbecue gives the evenings that certain something. The accommodation is spacious and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant, even longer stay. Goran and his family have done a great job – you rarely experience such friendly and helpful hosts. We were looking for something special, and Goran used all his connections for it. On the day of departure, he surprised us completely unexpectedly - and ended our search. 😊 Wow... We were speechless and thrilled by the whole family's dedication! ❤️ A wonderful place to enjoy evenings at the barbecue, go shopping near Zadar or take walks through the olive groves. We'd come back in a heartbeat! THX

We stayed at the apartment for a week and enjoyed every day. It is super quiet and the pool you can relax very well. Due to the private parking, it is perfect for people who want a mix of relaxation and active vacation as there are a lot of national parks nearby. Highly recommend!!

We felt absolutely comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation. The accommodation is very modern and thoughtfully furnished. The view and the brightness of the rooms were wonderful. Our daughter was even allowed to jump on the trampoline. Thank you! 🌷

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning villa. The property is finished to a very high specification, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure maximum comfort and style. The pool was a definite highlight—beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing in the sun. Everything was spotlessly clean, which made settling in effortless. The hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

Sanja’s beautiful cottage is like little Oasis. Private, with fully fenced garden, terrace, swimming pool and the house itself is just a gem. The hosts are very kind and welcoming and we enjoyed every minute. Zadar, Split and Krka Nature Park are easy to reach by car. If you are looking for a stay in the area - this is the place! 💎

It is a beautiful and really well-equipped apartment, located in a quiet, cozy area. The exterior with a heated swimming pool (cleaned every early morning) and a gas-fuelled barbecue grill lets you relax and enjoy your holidays. The small playground for kids is also great, although it needs a little bit more shadow. There are 2 small markets in the area, a beach is located ~10 mins walk from the apartment (quite downhill), there are also local neighbours who can provide you fresh delicious vegetables and fruits - and some homemade Rakija too ;). The apartment's manager was helpful and available every time we needed his help. Overall, the apartment is definitely worth the price if you're looking for a quiet, sunny place to spend your vacation time.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa as a family of 4. The pool was clean and heated. The house was well equipped. There was a great grill available, but we didn't use it. The contact with our hosts was always friendly and accommodating. Thanks for the great time and attention on the day of arrival. Highly recommended from our side.

Frankos apartment was everything and more. Lovely size apartment spotlessly clean. Lovely views. Sun on both balconies so lovely to sit out and enjoy a meal. There is a lovely supermarket a stone throw away. Franko has the restaurant opposite and this is a must!!!. The staff are amazing so attentive 5 stars. And so reasonably priced. I can not reconnect this place any better. He is a lovely young man. Nothing was a bother. We are so booking again

We very much enjoyed our stay in Sveti Petar. The apartment was very clean and neat with a very comfortable bed and high-quality utilities. We came with our kayak and enjoyed the luxury of basically falling out the door and right into the sea to the most. The cherry on top was the amazing roof terrace and BBQ, which we enjoyed for dinners and communication and care for us was excellent, too with home-made olive oil and Rakija.

Really fantastically located vacation home. Very nice view of the sea. Beach right outside the front door. Great amenities, modern furnishings. Very comfortable beds. Unfortunately, we were there at the end of the season, so many restaurants and bars had already closed. But that's why it was also particularly quiet and not very touristy. In summer you can explore many restaurants in the area.

We stayed here as a group of four with our dog, and we were extremely pleased with our experience. The house is in perfect condition, clean, and cozy. We were especially happy that the hosts were so welcoming to our dog, and they even had comfortable accommodations prepared for her. The house is located in a quiet area, which allowed us to truly relax and enjoy our vacation. At the same time, everything we needed was close. We would like to highlight the hospitality of the hosts: they were always available, provided us with helpful tips about local attractions, and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We would definitely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy stay in Croatia.

Everything was just as expected. A traditional Dalmation cottage but with all the modern amenities. Good shower with plenty of hot water. Lovely huge bedroom with TV and much needed air conditioning. Very firm but comfortable bed. Julija and her husband were very responsive and very friendly. We were made to feel extremely welcome. Nice touches provided like wine and home made liqueur with some snacks. We loved the area and travelled to some other villages in close proximity. We would particularly recommend a trip to Nin! On our last evening there was a festival in Sukosan square with traditional music and food. We would wholeheartedly recommend Julija’s house and we would definitely wish to stay there if travelling to Croatia again!

We spent a week together with our dog at Marina. She furnished the mobile home lovingly and it was very clean. Marina was always available, responded quickly and gave us helpful tips. The area/location is usually best suited for people looking for peace and quiet. Unfortunately, this is somewhat disturbed by the current construction site at the rear of the campsite and the construction vehicles passing by the terrace. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the stay very much.

It was a wonderful stay. Great, hospitable hosts. Beautiful place with direct access to the sea. There is a terrace, barbecue, garden, sun loungers, umbrellas on the beach. Dominik and his brother were helpful at any time (rental of bikes, scooters, electric scooters, Łódź, speedboats). Aurelia and her husband were very welcoming, they are wonderful people.
