Stone House by the Sea in a Secluded Cove

Experience a unique getaway in our charming stone house located in an uninhabited area of the island of Pašman, surrounded by pristine nature and crystal-clear sea. Ideal for those seeking peace, privacy, and an authentic island experience. Right behind the house is a restaurant for sailors, perfect for food lovers to enjoy local delicacies. Enjoy in our small romantic, robinson,fisherman cottage in touristic bay Magrovica, nature park Telašćica. Only 3km away from the center of Sali. The house is not connected to electricity and water network but is solar powered and provides rainwater tanks. Hot water in the shower is provided and also there is sun heated outdoor shower. In the kitchen there is no hot water.Stove is gas powered. Enjoy dinner on the front terrace in the evening or spend day on sun terrace 2m away from the sea.

Little private camp Dugi otok 4a

A small 4a camp parcel in private camp(cca 30 people),5 minutes walk from the sea and village Luka on undiscovered Croatian island Dugi otok. The price is only 18 € person/night(36 € for 2 persons/night etc), and nothing else is charged, only persons! Simple camp in nature, non traffic(the cars are left outside the camp, 5-7 minutes walk). The most famous island beaches are 20 minutes drive, the Park of nature Telascica 10 minutes drive.Electricity and refrigerator shelf includeed in price.

Holiday Home Jardin (private pool and jacuzzi)

Our holiday home is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. You can come to us from Zadar Gaženica ferry port with ferry (25min), from Zadar old town with boat (20min) and from Biograd on the sea with ferry (20min). On our property, there are two houses (Jardin and Romarin) that share parking, garden with pool, jacuzzi and sauna during summer. Out of the season (20.9-1.6) you'll be alone and you'll have the whole place for yourself. From our plot you can reach the beach directly.

If you want to cool off in the clean sea of Telašćica Nature Park, the nearest secluded beach is 2-3 minutes from the house. The house is equipped with a small kitchen and an outdoor grill.
