The accommodation is close to the old town of Zadar, it is very quiet and well located. The apartment is perfectly equipped, there is nothing missing, everything is planned for a pleasant stay. On Vesna's advice, we were able to enjoy the street time festival. Thank you very much for your pleasant stay!

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

Absolutely amazing, great host always welcome to help and super sweet was very welcoming and showed us some places on the map that are worth visiting , the place is amazing in a amazing location with bars, restaurants, beach and shops near by the view is absolutely stunning very clean apartment with a beautiful balcony and a bbq honestly no complaints at all will definitely visit again for a longer stay !!!! Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

We spent relaxing autumn days at Lukas' house. The heated pool was the highlight for the kids. The restaurants were unfortunately closed in Novigrad at the time, but we ate well in the neighboring village (about 15 minutes' drive) in Pizzeria Fortuna. Otherwise, catering in the house is possible, as the kitchen is functionally furnished. Microwave, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine are available. Also spices, oil and tea. We liked the quiet fishing village very much and would be happy to come back.

We spent a wonderful week here as a group of 3 adults and 4 kids, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with all furniture and appliances in great condition. The location is peaceful, with the beach just about a 10-minute walk away (15 if you're walking with little ones). The beach itself is very clean and not crowded. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids, and they also loved the trampoline. There's also a beautiful walking trail nearby, perfect for morning strolls. We would recommend renting a car during your stay, as grocery shopping and getting around without one can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, a great place for a family holiday!

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

We had a fantastic stay! The boys loved the ping-pong table, darts and the pool. The outdoor kitchen was wonderful – we even grilled fish over the fire in the chimney. The place was cozy, and the common areas were spacious. We were lucky, as we were almost the only guests this time of year, making it very peaceful. We enjoyed our breakfasts in the last autumn sunshine with a view of the sea. The city beach is just a few minutes’ walk down the hill. The only downside was the mattress, which was quite soft and already a bit saggy. Thank you!

We stayed one week in september and we had a relaxing time there, despite of one half-day of rain (when we visited the old town of Zadar). Una was a friendly host, she helped us with transport from Preko to Kukljica when we checked in (due to the fact that our flight was late for more than two hours). The apartment is located at the ground floor of a small flat with nine apartments, with a small garden around and direct access to the sea (location pin on airbnb is a bit shifted) Ugljan island is a very nice location, covered by green forests, with small communities and pleasant harbours. We walked a lot in the surroundings, to the coast, bridge to Pashman island and Zdrelac (where we met by chance our hosts, Una and Vice at a bistro) and even just to Kukljica on the hills and coast to Kali. You can also rent a car in Zadar, but we preferred a week without a car, just for swimm and walk (you can also use the local bus from Preko to Tkon). This is a location where we intend to come back.

We loved Ana’s place. The views of the mountains and sea were unbelievable, the pictures do not do it justice. Ana was so friendly and welcoming. Was a nice walk (5-8 mins) into nearby town, and easy to access Paklenica, Zadar, and local beaches by car.

We spent four amazing days at Slavka's place. The apartment was very nice and clean, and we especially loved the terrace. Slavka is incredibly kind and always available to help. We highly recommend staying here!

Lovely, stylish, comfortable apartment in a great location-only a few steps away from the old town over the bridge. There are cafes, bakeries and supermarkets on your doorstep. The area is quiet of a night time, so had peaceful sleep. Host Nina is quick to respond to any messages we sent and was helpful in recommendations for trips/taxis etc Thank you for a lovely holiday.

Beautiful house, close to a great beach as well as the city of Bibinje which offers great restaurants. The location is really perfect and the host is very nice. Recommended ++!

We had a very pleasant stay in Alisons studio. It's decorated with love and made us feel at home. It was also very clean and the big windows gave it a roomy feeling despite the studio itself being quite snug. The kitchen is well equipped and we even got to use the yard across the street.

Accommodation: This house is a real gem!!! Adrijan welcomed us warmly and guided us to the house. The path is a bit adventurous but manageable with any normal car. Once at the house, you will be rewarded by an incredibly great view. The house offers everything you need and invites you to linger. The hot tub is also a great alternative if you don't want to be by the sea all day long. We didn't mind that it was not heatable.. it was still well over 30 degrees at the end of August/ beginning of September and you are happy about the slight cooling. To the island: Pašman is amazing. A small loving, sleepy island with little tourism and many nice places and variety! Thank goodness there is now a Plodine supermarket on Pašman, so the stress of shopping is also gone! In summary, we highly recommend this accommodation and also the island. We loved it, will be back!
