Tree house - in the heart of nature

In a forest edge on our farm overlooking vast fields, you can enjoy seclusion surrounded by the branches and foliage of the trees. The simple building stands on a plateau 2-3 meters above the ground between tree trunks. The branches of the trees form a roof over the small patio with a simple outdoor kitchen in front of the tent. You are completely off the grid but have access to a refrigerator and electricity at our farm where you can park, or borrow a cooler for food you bring with you. Private toilet with dry toilet and outdoor shower is 100 meters from the property.

Stay between lake & forest, with chickens & horses outside!

There is nothing here and yet everything; like camping indoors! The small log cabin, without electricity or running water, is nestled in greenery, where you sleep in a comfortable, single bed and look out over horse pastures, the lake and the forest. Barbecue and bed linen are included. 250 meters away there are public toilets and a small swimming lake where there is free parking. If you have ordered breakfast, it is served with goodies from the farm. Want to meditate, ride or hang out with the animals? Hiking in the woods? Enjoying the silence? Anything is possible!

There is a outhouse, outdoor shower where you can bath in spring water and a glamorous outdoor kitchen. Några meter ner från glampingtältet finns Vättern som illumineras av solen på sitt speciella sätt. Redan på 1800-talet uppmärksammade författaren Mark Twain solnedgångarna över Vättern i sin roman A Tramp Abroad.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende. Direkt vid sjön Sommen ligger vårt lilla hus med sovrum, allrum och ett litet kök. Uteplats under tak, brygga och strand direkt utanför. Sommarvatten vilket innebär varmt o kallt vatten från sjön i kökskranen och i toahuset. Separat hus med duschkabin, handfat och eldriven förbränningstoalett. Färskvatten hämtas lätt hos värden. Sänglinne och handdukar ingår. Städning ingår ej. Alla gäster städar efter sig, all utrustning finns i stugan.

Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.

Travel here with the Östgötapendeln to Boxholm station and then with Närtrafiken where you pre-order transport for SEK 50/person to the cabin. Parking on the property and 20 m walkway to the house. Kayak can be rented for 25 Euro/250 SEK per day. Paddle life jacket and seat cover included. Canoe 20 Euro/SEK 200 per day. Rowboat 15 Euro/SEK 150 per day.
