There are two double rooms with en-suite shower bath, another double room shares the bathroom with a single room. The living room has a beautiful fireplace and leads into an open dining and kitchen area. There is also a guest toilet on the ground floor. The terrace invites you to enjoy nature.

The house Wartaweil is located in the middle of the countryside with a unique view over the beautiful Kellersee. The spacious complex invites you to relax on the balcony, barbecue on the terrace or play on the large lawn. Here, peace and comfort are combined. Regardless of the weather, you can also spend time in the house with the foosball table, in the home theater or on the cozy couch. In the immediate vicinity there are swimming and water sports as well as excursion destinations for all ages.

Our house has 4 bedrooms and an extra sofa bed. It can accommodate 6 - 8 people. Wi-Fi + Netflix provided. Terrace + outdoor fireplace.

Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. It is 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea and you are at the beautiful beaches of Hohwachter Bay.
