The apartment is located on our property and was completed in 2003 (partially renovated in 2020). It is divided into kitchen, shower room, living room and bedroom. The bungalow has a size of 40 square meters. From the centrally located kitchen, they go directly to the living room and bedroom as well as to the bathroom. In front of the bungalow, in the beautifully landscaped garden, there is a cozy gazebo with seating, which invites you to linger, extensive breakfast outdoors and barbecue evenings.

The half-timbered courtyard was lovingly renovated in 2023 and has 5 stylish apartments. It is located on a quiet street in the island town of Malchow, 50 meters from a beautiful jetty, so the lake landscape is right outside the front door. Our courtyard is the heart and meeting place for our guests. Here and in the beautiful garden you can relax, barbecue, play table tennis. In 800 m you are at the harbor with a swing bridge and many good restaurants, boat and bike rentals.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The house & barn of the listed 3-sided courtyard are built in oak half-timbering. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the lime trees are pruned, the house can be seen in all its splendor. From May onwards, it slowly disappears behind shady foliage, and so remains wonderfully cool throughout the summer...
