Water, water, water, lots of greenery, great large terraces and walkways. The former fisherman's house is located on the outskirts of Flecken Zechlin, surrounded by large forests and countless lakes. The bright character of the house and the wild romantic garden invite you to (quiet) activities of all kinds. The water property with about 50 meters of waterfront is located on the small Zechiner See, the southern part of the Mecklenburg Lake District and is connected to the main waterway Baltic Sea - Berlin.

Your retreat on Lake Zootzensee: in the morning barefoot to your own jetty, jump into the water or paddle off with the boat. In the afternoon, watch the sunset in the hammock. Inside, large window fronts provide a lake panorama, the fireplace for crackling warmth. Summer and winter a place to breathe, dream and enjoy – in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The holiday resorts of Zechlinerhütte (about 4 km) and Rheinsberg as well as Flecken Zechlin (about 9 km) are in the immediate vicinity.

Ferienhaus mit Garten für 4 Personen. Im EG wartet ein Wohn-/Essbereich mit Kamin und SMART-TV auf euch sowie eine komplett ausgestattete Einbauküche und ein Gäste-WC. Im DG stehen 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils 1 Doppelbett und SMART-TV, ein begehbarer Kleiderschrank sowie ein Bad mit WC, Waschtisch und Dusche bereit. Der Garten bietet eine Südterrasse, einen ganzjährig beheizten Outdoor-Whirlpool, eine Fass-Sauna, eine Gartendusche (von April bis Oktober), einen Schuppen sowie 2 PKW-Stellplätze.

Unser Ferienhaus am See ist relativ neu und wird nun die ersten Male vermietet. Die Lage am Großen Zechliner See, einem der saubersten Seen der Region, verspricht erholsame Tage, das ganze Jahr über. Dafür sorgt auch eine Sauna und bei schönem Wetter der Garten, mit großer Terrasse und Weber-Gasgrill, sowie ein SUP-Board. Aus vielen Zimmern hat man direkten Seeblick und der Strand ist nur 2min Fußweg entfernt :) Partys, Junggesellenabschiede oder Ähnliches sind hier nicht gestattet.

The lovingly furnished house can accommodate up to 5 people. On the upper floor there are two cozy bedrooms, which are designed in the warm color note "end of summer"

We fulfilled a dream with this house on the lake. Enjoy this idyll with lake, forest, nature and lots of peace and quiet! The house has 5 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, a spacious dining and living area with a fireplace, a comfortably equipped kitchen and lake views. Thanks to the hybrid router, the house has good internet access, so workation works well. There are 2 golf courses nearby and 3 nature reserves with many destinations.

Lake breeze vacation home

Our vacation home is located on the northern shore of Lake Plauer, with direct access to the lake. Cycling and hiking routes run along the lake. The unique natural landscape is very impressive and offers beautiful views of the Plauer. The nearest town is Alt Schwerin. It is a small village and has an agricultural museum, a shopping oasis with a bakery, restaurants and a jetty for steamboat trips, which can also be easily explored by bike.

Charming apartment in a uniquely quiet location

In the middle of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern - idyllically located and surrounded by forests and lakes – lies our listed farm. The uniquely quiet location invites you to linger. Our vacation apartments have been completely newly built into traditional solid oak factory construction and were completed in 2019. In the house there are two neighboring apartments with separate entrances. The description refers to the smaller apartment.

Time out at Lake Tollensee

Unser Haus am Tollensesee ist ein wunderschöner Ort um von dem Lärm der Stadt abzuschalten. Direkt gelegen am Tollensesee (wenige Gehminuten entfernt), der mit seinem klaren Wasser zum Schwimmen oder zum Stand-up-Paddling einlädt. Oder aber zu schönen Radtouren ca. 35km um den See. Die Lage zwischen Neustrelitz und Neubrandenburg, gibt viele Möglichkeiten zum einkaufen oder Restaurant besuche.
