Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Malcantone

Der Ort ist magisch - ein riesiger Garten mit atemberaubendem Blick und absolut ruhig. Im Dorf gibt es einen Alimentari, der alles hat, was man do braucht und eine super Pizzeria. Cannero ist 15min entfernt und auch Cannobio und Verbania sind schnell erreichbar. Wir fanden schöne Lage magisch :)

Die Wohnung ist sehr traditionell in einem alten Steinhaus, im wunderschönen Verzasca Tal gelegen. Der Ort ist der ideale Standpunkt, um das Tal mit der schönen Natur, aber auch Locarno und Ascona zu erkunden. Bitte beachten: der Ort ist an einem Stausee, dort kann man nicht schwimmen! Auch gibt es im Tal keine Supermärkte, Bäcker etc, Einkäufe am besten vorher erledigen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber, die Küche voll ausgestattet, die Lage sehr ruhig. Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern da und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. (Es gibt steile Treppen im Haus, für sehr kleine Kinder nicht geeignet). Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Das Haus hat eine fantastische Lage zwischen den Weinbergen von Brissago. Die Architektur, das Interieur und die Räume sind sehr schön und haben uns sehr gut gefallen - wir lieben puristisches Design. Viele Details im Haus und darum machen das Haus zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wenn man abends auf der Terrasse sitzt , grillt, die grillen Zirpen und man bei einem Glas Wein auf den See blickt - dann ist diese Stimmung etwas Uniques- welches man nicht kaufen kann. Eva - die Hausfee - ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Mille Grazie für den schönen Aufenthalt im Casa Largo. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Beautiful surroundings and well-worth the walk into town (there’s a very easy/safe path from this property into town - just expect to get some good exercise walking back up).

Un réel coup de cœur pour cette maison perchée sur les hauteurs avec une vue imprenable sur le lac majeur, le tout dans un cadre paisible et privilégié. Nous avons été ravi de notre séjour, tout y est : le confort , l’espace , la vue , les équipements, tout ce dont vous avez besoin est présent . Nous n’avons pas vu notre hôte mais nous pouvions facilement communiquer avec lui . C’est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons dans ce petit havre de paix .

Wir waren über ein verlängertes Wochenende bei bestem Wanderwetter dort und haben die Ruhe und die tolle Aussicht sehr genossen. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal in Monias wunderschönem Haus in Montemezzo und wir haben uns wieder sehr sehr wohl gefühlt 😍 Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ebenso sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend.

Tout était parfait , juste une remarque , la voiture est indispensable , l appartement est superbement bien situé , dans une résidence de haut standing , environnement très calme , reposant. Mais pour s approvisionner , c est le parcours du combattant , il faut prévoir .

Ein kleines Appartment mit allem was man braucht in traumhafter Lage mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den See und die Stadt Lugano. Vorallem der kleine Garten, die Gemeinschaftsterrasse und der Pool sind wirklich ein Mehrwert. Die Seilbahn 🚠 hält quasi direkt vor der Türe 😍. Wir können die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen der etwas abseits von der Stadt (trotzdem super schnell erreichbar) wohnen möchte und die schöne Aussicht bevorzugt. Maddalena ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, antwortet super schnell und wir durften sogar am Abreisetag eine Stunde länger schlafen und später abreisen 🫶🏻. Wir können den Olivenweg ganz in der Nähe empfehlen, schöner Weg am Wasser mit tollen Aussichtspunkten und kleinem Örtchen mit wundervoll kleinen Gassen. Eine Bootsfahrt lohnt sich auch! Ein tolles Stück Erde ☀️

Super charming home with absolutely stunning views of Lake Como better seen in person. The amenities were wonderful and the hosts were so very friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here! Also, be sure to book any transportation ahead of time.

Alessandra was absolutely amazing, not only while we were there, but leading up to our stay. It felt like we made a friend in Italy. She was friendly, communicative, and helpful! The airline lost our bags and she kept checking in to see if we had an update. She truly went above and beyond! The Airbnb was so clean and welcoming! Right across the street from Lake Como! Beautiful area! Would recommend to anyone!

Je me joints aux très bons commentaires déjà faits. La vue magnifique alliée au coté cosy de l’appartement. Beaucoup de belles choses dans le coin. Voiture nécessaire à mon avis sinon un peu moins d’1 kilomètre de côte. J’ai adoré

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

My stay was exceptional! The host had though of every possible details to make our stay beautiful! The place even has converters, the amanitis were generously replenished, unlimited amount of towels, drawers, coffee - look no further - best place to stay in Milan!!!

Die Unterkunft, das Dorf und die Umgebung sind sehr schön. Die ruhige Lage der Wohnung (und doch mitten im Dorf) hat uns sehr gut gefallen und sorgte für Entspannung. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Besonders toll ist die Dachterrasse zur Mitbenutzung. Wir kommen gerne wieder einmal nach Astano.

This was my favorite place to stay on our trip! I LOVED being on the lakefront! DEFINITELY recommend!!

Antonietta's home was morevthan beautiful. She is a kind host and you can tell that she takes pride in it, from the inside out. She has a beautiful yard and garden, where she can be seen regularly tending to it. This place felt very comfortable. It is a climb up the mountain to get there for those who are fit. Otherwise you will have to takevthe bus most of the way up. Antonietta personally walks it every day.

Wer Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Haus wurde mit so viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert und eingerichtet, dass man sich da einfach nur wohlfühlen kann. Es war super sauber und die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet. Unser absolutes Highlight war der Hotpot unter sternklarem Himmel. Im Tal im Städchen Bioggio befinden sich die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Coop & Aldi). Kleiner Tipp: Der Coop Markt stellt auch manchmal Angebote bei „to good to go“ ein. Guja und ihr Mann waren sehr gute Gastgeber und immer für uns erreichbar. Sie haben uns zudem mit tollen Ausflugstipps und frischen Eiern von den eigenen Hühnern versorgt.

Eleonara’s apartment was fantastic. Eleonara was easy to communicate with and check in and out was easy. I had a great stay!

Chalet molto bello e accogliente, che dal vivo appare persino meglio che nelle foto. Si trova in una zona tranquilla, lontana dal trambusto della città. Abbiamo soggiornato con un gruppo di amici, ma penso che la casa sia perfetta anche per una vacanza in famiglia o per una fuga romantica in coppia. La vista sul lago e sulle montagne dalle finestre e dalla terrazza è davvero mozzafiato — la sera era particolarmente piacevole sedersi lì e godersi l’atmosfera. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario, e la biancheria da letto e gli asciugamani erano presenti in quantità più che sufficiente. A circa 100 metri c’è un parcheggio pubblico sempre libero. Inoltre, nelle vicinanze si trova anche una fermata dell’autobus che porta al centro città e alla stazione ferroviaria. Un ringraziamento speciale a Olena e Alessio, sempre disponibili, gentili e pronti ad aiutare con qualsiasi necessità. Grazie ancora per il vostro calore e la disponibilità e per il meraviglioso weekend!
