A super helpful , friendly host that eases our minds about being in Mumbai to attend school. The doormen and friendly , kind and helpful. This is a good location close to restaurants , shops , street vendors and fruits stall. The backstreet behind the apartment has beautiful cakes shops , De Bella coffee and convenience stores . A safe neighbourhood for women walking around etc. A really great location and walking distance to Infinity mall, a short ride to Metro supermarket and every convenience . We loved it .

I was new to the city and amidst all the high rises and hustle bustle of the city, I found my home in Pankaj sir’s place. Despite being senior citizen, he was super active in helping me and ensured that I was not left bereft of anything required to make my stay comfortable. I checked in late at night and he awake throughout to help me find the place. He went out of the way to help me not only in terms of accommodation but took care of my overall well-being. He, like my mother, took my clothes and washed them. He offered me food, breakfast. Kalpana mam cooked delicious idli sambhar and I couldn’t have asked for more. In short, for him I wasn’t just another guest but a family to him. A guy from another city wasn’t just seen as an another guest but somebody who is extension of his family. I found my oasis here.

Had a great experience. The rooms, kitchen, washroom everything was clean and well maintained, even the kitchen was well stocked. Kamaljeet had been a great host and very responsive and helpful. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.
