Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Malad West

This was our second time staying here. The flat is part of a hotel “Grand Residency” and so you don’t always get the same flat, although they’re all identical. We love the location (right in the heart of Bandra) and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are very friendly and polite. The bed linen is always clean and the beds are comfortable. The apartments is clean but I do think the rooms could use a refresh/deep clean, especially the bathroom and the sofa upholstery. All in all, this is our go-to place every time we visit family in Mumbai and Aaquib is very responsive.

We chose this location due to its proximity to the Nesco Bombay exhibition centre, within walking distance. The apartment is located in a quiet family society with elevators and walking area in the premises. It’s walking distance to a mall with cinema and eateries and grocery. The apartment itself is clean, well equipped and comfortable. The in-house gentleman helped out with cooking and cleaning with a smile and was always courteous. Definitely recommended.

We had a great stay. Peaceful neighbourhood. The house is very thoughtful and put together with all the amenities Accessible to many restaurants, walkable, lots of things to do nearby. Would definitely come back again!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out a breeze. The neighborhood was peaceful and well-connected, with great local spots nearby. I truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Would definitely love to stay again!

The place is good for long stay. With helpful manager, Nelson and caretakers on 24/7. I would recommend however, the photos of the couch do not match what is there.

I’ve had some really bad experiences with some AirBnB in Mumbai but this time the price was right and the quality was amazing. It was my second tin to use this facility and they welcomed me back in such a friendly manner ! Even the restaurant staff when seeing me brought me a drink! Absolutely amazing

We had a wonderful stay in Mumbai, and one of the main reasons was Jayaa! Although she wasn’t the owner, she felt like an old friend from the moment we arrived. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed something. Whether it was small things like directions or bigger help with our plans, she was there with a smile and support. Her care and hospitality truly made us feel at home. Thank you, Jayaa, for making our trip so comfortable and memorable!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa—it was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The highlight of our experience, however, was the in-house cook, who truly made our trip special. He was friendly, responsive, and always eager to accommodate our preferences. Every meal he prepared was delicious and tailored exactly to what we asked for. It felt like home-cooked comfort with hotel-level service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-catered stay!

I had such a lovely stay at Shania’s place! From the moment I booked, she was warm, responsive, and genuinely helpful. She even accommodated my early check-in request without any hassle, which I really appreciated after a long journey. The apartment itself was spotless , super clean, tidy, and felt just like home. One of my favorite parts was the night view from the room it was absolutely beautiful and so calming. Plus, having the metro station right next door made getting around incredibly easy. Shania truly went above and beyond as a host, and I’m so glad I chose her place. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting ; you’ll be in great hands!

Good stay

Great stay, felt like home. Room was clean. Caretaker was very kind and accommodating to our requests. Close to the railway station but a bit far from the city center. Breakfast was good and the chai here is one of the best we had during our stay! Well worth for the price.

Was a good stay. It's a single room in an apartment, managed by the team. But you get a key to your own room and to the cupboards. Apartment main door is kept open all the time, so feels more secure and like a regular hotel room.
