We arrived early to the location and asked for help from Indrajit. He was so generous and allowed us to checkin early. Every aspect in villa is as per description in Airbnb. This is second time I am staying within 20 days. I feel like home hence the visit frequency increased. Thank you Indrajit and hope to visit this place again 👌

Our stay at the villa was fantastic! The location was excellent, with general stores nearby for convenience, yet the surroundings were peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The accommodation was comfortable, with clean and well-maintained rooms and washrooms. A special mention to the caretaker, who was extremely welcoming and provided us with great service throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend it to others!

We booked Sunflower Villa for a relaxing, fun weekend getaway with just the girls -- and it was perfect. Having already stayed at Louisa before, our expectations were high and we're happy to say that they were all met. Peaceful, relaxing, full of lovely plants and birds, and adding to that, the super helpful staff made this the best weekend trip we've had in a while.

The place was amazing, actually better than what was depicted in the photos. The surroundings were great, peaceful which made our experience even better. Will definitely come back to this place again, when possible!

The place is absolutely wonderful to stay, it’s exactly what we wanted, clean, serene and minimalistic. There are beaches nearby like Benaulim and Varca, that can be reached within minutes of drive. Speaking of driving, you can also ask the owner to arrange for a rental bike/car at affordable rates.

the place was great , the host Mayur and caretaker manjunath were easy to reach and resonds immediately. the place matches the description and needs a bit renovation like new paints to match pics but overall experience was good and pool was amazing had fun and no disturbance. would like to visit again when I visit goa with a large group next time.

Our stay in this spacious holiday villa was fantastic. The pool is a decent size, the interiors are stylish, and the kitchen has everything you need. The staff were always professional on hand, and the villa’s peaceful community is conveniently location is not too far from the beach. Each of the three en‑suite bedrooms overlooks the pool, daily housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. Sharvil even arranged an early check‑in for us. Exceptional value for the price—highly recommended!

Anshul's place has everything you need, it's ideally placed in Cavelossim, easily walkable to the beach, there's a nice restaurant just at the end of the estate along with a small supermarket for essentials. And you're very close to other amenities. Friendly cleaner visiting every day. Anshul's recommendations were great, as was his communication. The complex was well maintained, though the pools in the complex (which I'm sure the host doesn't have any say in the upkeep of) weren't cleaned as frequently as we would have expected. But this is a very minor thing, you were better off going in the sea a few minutes walk away. You won't find a better place to stay in Cavelossim. Book and enjoy!

I recently stayed at Rustic Villa Dar Al Salaam and had a truly wonderful experience. The villa itself was charming, spacious, and had a beautiful design. Everything was spotlessly clean, and all the essentials were provided, making our stay very comfortable. The main highlights were the hosts- Mr. Satish and Ms. Susheela, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The location was also ideal, with basic amenities like shops and restaurants just a short walk away. For the price we paid, it felt like an absolute steal, worth much more than what we were charged. I highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic stay.

Loved the place. Such a beautiful home with lush green surroundings. It had all the right amenities that one could ask for. We had a early checkin at 5am and Esha was responsive and proactively arranged for it for us. The experience was seamless and the peace and tranquility of the place was mesmerising. It’s very close to the beach and the house gives a very authentic Goan feel. Esha also recommended great eating places to go to which were totally worth it. Will definitely visit again.

Shoba and Thomas were great hosts. felt like home and as if with family. Had a great stay and the place is peaceful whilst being on the main road. Can go anywhere if you are druving. The kitchen, bedroom, balcony, amenities and all else were perfect for the stay. Enjoyed our favourite joints, beaches, food and were treated to amazing home made local cuisine. Had an amazing and relaxing time in South Goa. Different experience from the usual hotels or resorts. Our first time...and will be back. Highly recommended if you are not fussy and not after frills. NOSTO - run by the couple adds to the experience and convenience.

Staying at Red Rooster Village Homestay in Goa was a memorable experience. Melba (hosts mother) welcomed us with warm hospitality that made me feel like I was visiting a family member rather than checking into a homestay. Later we met karl and astrid, a lovely couple, incredibly gracious, offering great tips to explore the area :) Beach is only 5 mins drive with the scooter and the place is surrounded by nice little restaurants. If you’re looking for a place that offers more than just accommodation a place that feels like home Red Rooster is the perfect choice.

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

Very beautifull and clean villa. Had all the basic amenities for use in good condition. Had cleaning ladies cleaning the place everyday morning. Location is good and colva beach is very close to the place. Grocery store, department store and fairly good eating options available nearby. Also food delivery apps delivery available. Pool was very clean and overall vibe of the place is very inviting. Cleaning ladies and the caretaker were good behaved. Owner was resposive over chat and helped to locate nearby good restaurants, stores and vehicle renting options. It's a good gated society hence very safe to go with family and friends. Highly recommended.

“A bliss of raindrop in the heart of the ocean”…. My wife, daughter and our furry fellow had an unforgettable weekend at Capt. Leo’s “Lazy Riverside Cottage”… from checking in to cleanliness to convenience - Capt. Leo and his super friendly team has taken care of everything. It’s one of those few places which you will fondly remember and would want to go back again and again… five stars to the amazing team for their hospitality.

It is a great place to have a nice peaceful time in south goa. Beaches are at walkable distance. The host was very helfpul and accomodative. They were reachable throughout and helped us with everything including checking, to recommending places, rentals and lots more. A must recommend place for all planning to visit Majorda and looking for cozy clean stay.

Our stay at Julie's place was absolutely wonderful. The house was impeccably clean and thoughtfully arranged, providing all the amenities exactly as described. Narayan prepared delicious breakfasts for us on both days, and we all thoroughly enjoyed them. The neighborhood is serene and peaceful, with essential services conveniently accessible. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.🌟

The stay at Deepika's villa was awesome & fabulous. Very spacious and full of amenities. Kitchen had all the utensils so we cooked food and enjoyed our stay throughly. The beaches were near by.... Walking distance and the pub & bar was also close by. It was a memorable experience. We will book again for our next trip. Looking forward to the next trip to Goa.

Our stay was extremely satisfying. Houston was always available when in need. Nice garden and patio to sit in the evening. very good kitchen. location is not far from city. overall value for money.

place is much more clean and good than shown in the pics..host replys in less time. location also good 15mins away to Candolim and 30mins to Baga , Calangute.. very peaceful community...

This is a fantastic place to stay in if you want an authentic Goan vibe. Take this from a fellow Goenkar from Australia who had been to Goa 7 times. The house in Navelim away from the busy streets but a short 10 minute walk to the main municpality area where the shop/ groceries / sweets are. Ideal for Goa Supershow ICN bodybuilding stay (which was the reason for my visit). Has microwave, induction cooker, gas stove, fridge and more to get you through. Desiree (Host) and Mrs Rebello (house local contact) were very attentive to my messages and my requests which was greatly appreciated. Lots of bottled water and extra treats were a nice touch. Please ensure you are specific with guest numbers as no bedding provided for additional room if only 1-2 guests (We were two). Highly recommended for a true Goan / Portugese feel in a modern built house with AC.
