Henderson was a very hospitable host who was flexible with our schedule and accommodating. The outdoor shower at the location was great so we didn’t track in a ton of sand. Excellent place to stay with family and friends for travelers who like heritage Properties. Some one had written in review that this property is a hidden gem, I fully agree to this review because you may find it difficult to reach this place as it is approachable by car up to certain extent and after that you have to walk for few minutes but once you reach the property all pains are gone This villa is renovated with all modern facilities including generator and ambiance is remarkable . We were group of 5 friends in our 50,s and all of us appreciate the property and quality of stay. Neat and clean rooms, Bathroom and amenities , Special thanks to care taker Renu for excellent breakfast and hospitality. Thanks for making our stay special

We are group of 5 friends had a nice time staying at Diksha's Villa. it's located in a peaceful neighborhood with great views around the place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staffs were courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful vacation in Goa

it was the perfect place to spend one last trip of the batch of '25 before before we all go to different parts of the world. the place is seriously undersold and we absolutely loved it. the security bhaiya was the underrated gem of the place who helped me wheather it was late in the night or 8 am. the owner is v sweet and resuced us at 3 in the night because we locked our room door from inside. loved the pool and furniture, was comfortable to move around for all of our group to sit together. overall, this been a lengend- (wait for it) -ary trip and i couldn't recommend a place more than this. -graduating batch of '25 :)

We stayed at Xant for two nights during a family holiday and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was modern, well-equipped, and had a functional kitchen and reliable Wi-Fi, which was essential for my work. The location was ideal and peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of Goa, yet not too far from the beaches in the north. We especially appreciated the quiet surroundings. However, having a car is necessary to get around conveniently. The host was responsive and provided clear check-in instructions. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would happily return on future visits.

I’ve stayed here four times now, and each visit has been wonderful. The photos don’t do it justice—the property is even more impressive in person. The architecture is thoughtfully designed, offering plenty of space. It’s always spotless, and the caretakers are incredibly helpful.

Great place. Staff were friendly and helpful. Attended to our requests immediately. We were served a quality breakfast. Pool was clean. Bathrooms were great. Only that the whole place needs to be maintained a bit more. Not as shiny as the photos portrayed. Would definitely suggest. Maybe for a cheaper price.

A group of 10 of us had stayed at Rivaana Ava for my wife’s bday. The villa is beautifully designed, had spacious rooms and bathrooms with jacuzzi. The staff was courteous and always responsive for anything that we needed. We spent most of our time in the villa itself and had an amazing time !

Great place and very friendly host and staff. We were 11 adults and 2 kids and we had ample space to get together, have fun. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it every day. Very helpful host who took care of our needs. Very helpful staff. The cooks made delicious food and there were lots of choices. We will visit this place again. 30mins from the beaches and centrally located.

Best 6 BHK villa experience in goa , we stayed there for 4 nights . I must say the property is even better than pics which are already out of the world. Has a nice pool. The rooms are out of the world . Nice living area dining area . They provide u a Chef, and u can let them know what u wish to eat and u will be served amazing food by chef sumit . The staff is courteous, and always Greet u with a smile.The caretaker is the best person and was on toes till the time we stayed there. Best team at the villa . Highly recommend this property as I have personally stayed there . Worth staying when in goa if u are in a group and love ur personal time.. Thanks team for a lovely stay

I loved our stay here. Pictures does not do justice for this home. The 2 caretakers were so good and always helpful. The rooms are very spacious and private for a few families to stay together. Each bedroom has their own full bathroom which is perfect! Patios are cozy and welcoming. The pool was super cold for the kiddos but don’t let this stop you from checking this beautiful home out. Love the fine details put into the home. Thanks for a lovely stay in Goa and for the recommendations.

The house was absolutely amazing. Everything in terms of design , convenience, cleanliness. Spot on. The staff, Robin and Pooja, as well as the chefs Sujatha and Gangaram were amazing. Robin and Pooja were always available to help and very proactive. The owners and managers took a lot of care and thought in arranging this experience for me and my friends. Anyone choosing to stay in Calangute side and with a large group should definitely consider staying in Elivaas Vacasa

We recently stayed in Villa La Aldeia for three days with our kids and family, and had a truly wonderful experience. The property was clean, well-maintained, and located in a safe and peaceful environment — perfect for a family getaway. A special mention to the two caretakers, Shahrukh and Jitender, who made our stay even more comfortable. They were extremely helpful, supportive, and always available whenever we needed assistance. Their warm hospitality really stood out and played a big part in making our trip smooth and enjoyable. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and family-friendly experience in Goa.

Almas and Abhishek were amazing hosts,making it an amazing experience for my family. The fact that they have a lift inside this beautiful villa is one of the best part for me since my parents who are senior citizens could enjoy staying on the top floor without the stress of climbing stairs - So a Big Thank You for making this villa elderly and kid friendly. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a luxurious,stressfree and relaxing experience away from home with family. It meets all your needs!! The apartment is quite large and very well maintained, and is as described. The host has labeled every thing a guest would need to know, and all electrical equipment are fully functional, making the guests' life easy if they plan to prepare foods at home. With clothes dryer available for guest use, even long term stays will be a thing of ease. The beach had silver sands, quite a wide sandy area, and water is crystal clear. Its not a crowded beach and is so peaceful at all times. Beach is devoid of trash, and is so tidy and clean. Those that know how to swim in sea will find it very enjoyable and safe, as the seabed appears to slope down gently. There are few eateries here, that serve very nice food, located close to Villa. If you wish to spend good time on a quiet beach, you can head to this part of Goa, and have a wonderful stay at Garvit's place. If I visit South Goa again, I would certainly stay in his Villa.

Great stay, good location, walkable for many good restaurants!!

Super comfortable property, loved the beds and the T.V. Tried their breakfast which was beautifully presented and extremely delicious. The main highlight is definitely the pool, clean, well-maintained and even more enjoyable when it rains. The kitchen is fully equipped which everything one might need. Linen is clean and fresh, the housekeeping services deserve a 5 star. I think it's a great place if you're looking for a villa in north goa since it is in close proximity to the beaches, nightlife, restaurants, casinos and shopping areas. Would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Sanjeev's place (without exaggeration) is one of the best AirBnb's I have stayed at. The property is exactly as described and spotless clean. It has all the amenities you might need and there are 2 nice helpers to take care of your every need. They also keep the place clean and dry all the time and are working round the clock. The location is perfect and very convenient. It has a lot of restaurants, shopping, etc around the area and a 20 mins walk to the beach. The price might seem a bit high compared to other places around, but it is 100% worth the experience. Sanjeev is also the nicest, super responsive host and is very accommodating. He genuinely wants you to have a good relaxing time and will make sure you get what you need. I would definitely recommend it to everyone, and I would come back and stay here again. If you book it, make sure you help keep the place in its great condition and be a responsible guest so such places can be enjoyed for a long time. They are hard to find.

The bestest best place I have stayed in so far. The villa is soo pretty so beautiful and everything inside felt so peaceful and calm. the neat bedspreads, the clean washrooms, the big swimming pool, the spacious sitouts evrything is a 10/10. I should also not forget about the caretaker Mahendra bhaiya, the best caretaker, very friendly, very helpful at any time. RITUuuu your villa is the bestttt. loads of love and support to you. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. next time again when I am in goa with friends and family this would be my stay. ❤️

Awesome rooms great balcony view very neat and clean rooms but maid is like behind you all the time, for small things also she will push and ask questions .eg - how many times you are using washing machine , why you are using geyser so much . Also in the place water purifier and washing in not proper state of working . But overall awesome stay clean rooms you I’ll enjoy the stay for sure

We had an absolutely amazing 5-day stay at the Blujam Villa! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The interiors were tastefully done, and the villa had a very relaxing vibe, perfect for a getaway with friends. The private pool was a highlight – we ended up spending most of our time there just chilling and having fun. The location is also super convenient, close to some of the best beaches, restaurants, and nightlife spots in North Goa, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and privacy. A big shoutout to our wonderful hosts, Raghva and Skand, who truly made our stay special. They were incredibly welcoming, always available. From smooth check-in to local tips and prompt support – they were exceptional. Highly recommend Blujam Villa if you're looking for a premium and comfortable stay in Goa. We'd love to come back again!
