The hotel and the room was exceptional. The room opened to a pool and a sea view. The hotel staff was extremely warm and the place was aesthetically decorated and well maintained. It was a wonderful experience with exceeded expectations

An amazing place to stay if you want to enjoy nature and serene beaches of south Goa. The rooms were very neat and clean. The best part of this stay was its staff (very polite and helpful) Special thanks to Bijaya who went extra mile and allocated the room before the check in time and helped us throughout the stay. The breakfast served was really good. I’d highly recommend.

We stayed here for about 10 days for an event, felt comfortable and at home. For the price point, good set of amenities and excellent location at a couple minutes walk to Miramar beach and other essentials in the surrounding. Priti is an excellent host, very responsive at any time, despite having a full time business to operate. She was also helpful and resourceful. I definitely recommend.

The secret garden is like a hidden retreat, tastefully curated by Helene. From cute wind-chimes at the doors, antique furniture, colourful garden decor, a well-lit pool to an AMAZING BREAKFAST that she cooks for her guests, using the vegetables and fruits that she grew herself in her garden!!! You’d see a ‘chikoo’ tree right by the pool side, and all the other vegetables growing around. The place is luxurious and yet authentic, in contrast with the nature around it. It can inspire anyone to create, learn and just to live fully in the moment, for a while! They try to provide their guests with utmost convenience, from booking a scooter for their stay to arranging a pick-up and drop, from the airport. And the best part is, you won’t even realise when the house- keeping will just quickly fix your room, while you’ll be having your breakfast or taking a dip in the pool. As soon as you come back to your room, you’ll see your bed, all made, water bottle refilled with cold water, cleaned bathroom and used towels replaced with the fresh ones. Our stay lasted for 3 days and honestly, the beautiful memories from this place have hijacked everything else that we did in Goa.

I recently had a delightful experience at the German Bakery. The service was impeccable, maintaining high standards of hygiene. The peaceful environment added to the overall charm, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. Highly recommended!

The property is beautifully maintained, with lush green surroundings and a soothing atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities including a kitchen. The outdoor seating area is perfect for relaxing and taking in the natural beauty. No noise, no pollution, just peace and quiet! The host is warm and welcoming, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

Our stay at this property was truly delightful! The place was absolutely beautiful, with stunning architecture. The rooms were easy to access and looked just as depicted in the pictures, perfectly complementing the old architectural vibe. The surrounding lush greenery added to the charm, though we did encounter few insects—nothing unmanageable, though, given the natural setting. There is a beach 15 mins away from the place. The care taker was also very helpful with references for cabs and rentals. The private pool was great! Although we had to seek help from caretaker to fish out few insects before using it. Overall a perfect blend of heritage and comfort!

The Island House is a beautifully preserved, 200-year-old Portuguese villa that instantly felt like home during our staycation. Tucked away in a serene setting and surrounded by lush greenery, it offered the perfect escape from the noise of everyday life. The staff were incredibly warm, polite, and attentive, making our experience all the more enjoyable. Its location is easy to find and just a stone’s throw away from some of the island’s most popular restaurants and attractions. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and would wholeheartedly recommend The Island House to anyone seeking charm, comfort, and a true Goan vibe.

This place is peaceful and in the heart of nature. Property is exactly as it is described in the App. Apart from many good things about this property the best thing is the host, Neeraj is really very helpful and by far the very best host i have ever come across.
