Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Located just 2 minutes from Provins and 7 minutes from the historic center of the city and its incredible monuments, La Ferme de Lou is the perfect place to spend a few days surrounded by nature and my wonderful animals. Wake up to the gentle sound of my donkey and meet my ponies, goats... Romantic getaway, family vacation or with friends, everything comes together to make these moments enjoyable!

The passage of the sorcerers near Disney

The cottage, located 35 minutes from Disney by car, is reminiscent of the world of a famous young wizard and that of a medieval castle. Moreover, elements of the decoration come from castles and ancient monasteries! The entrance houses a secret passage that allows access to the upper floors... Brooms can park in front of the cottage. An "almost bus" can pick up to 4 people at the SNCF train station, depending on the schedule. (Navigo pass ok) Shops are 800 m away.

Edge of forest restyled cottage near Fontainebleau

June/July/August 5 days minimum. Our recently fully renovated cottage is set in the middle of a large garden on the edge of the pretty village of Montigny sur Loing. A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare Fontainebleau forest famous for its boulders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.

Cozy chalet on the edge of the lake

[Idyllic corner on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates from 1984, it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I am renting it out to raise funds for the work. Everything is functional, there is just the floor that is not accessible. Cottage located in a private residence with a large lake ideal for swimming and fishing. Relax in a cozy and refined atmosphere, just 10 min. from the medieval city of Provins! When you wake up or at sunset, admire the panoramic view of the Provincial countryside and during the day enjoy the surrounding walks. The chalet can accommodate up to 2 adults (1x 140cm double bed). Also linen is provided (sheet + towels). Finally, the chalet is fully equipped and has WiFi. 🐶🐱 Animaux bien élevés acceptés.
