Maurício was very receptive and attentive. The house is beautiful and cozy as in the photos. The space was also clean and organised. My family had a really nice weekend, everyone liked it. There was also flexibility in relation to schedule. 🫶

The stay was magnificent! Everything was very organised, clean and cosy. Neuroma made us a reception card, in addition to making the space carefully ready for use (heated jacuzzi, table set, material to light the fireplace, coffee and sweets available for our arrival). We need to check in and check out at different times and the host was very flexible and helpful! We hope to return soon!

The stay with André and Vera was amazing. We had privacy in the space, flexibility in the arrival time and the place was simply beautiful and very well cared for. My recommendation is to access the property during the day or use the road at night only if it is really necessary. I would recommend the house to anyone who wants a pleasant place to relax in summer and winter, as it is fully equipped with everything! Our dog really enjoyed the space, which is totally fenced in, and even made friends with Vera's dogs. I was able to play cards, watch a movie, cook, paint a coloring book and even relax. Thank you and I will return in the future :)

My brother was visiting us from Canada, and our plan—just my wife, our 10-year-old daughter, and me—was to get out of São Paulo for the weekend and find a peaceful place to relax. What we found was so much more. The property was instantly welcoming, beautifully located, and completely safe, with the owners living on the same lot (though in a separate house). What really sets this place apart is the owners’ flexibility: they’re happy to give you complete privacy or engage in conversation if you’re in the mood. I really appreciated that balance. Suy, in particular, was incredibly kind, and my daughter grew quite fond of her. This is a place for good people, run by good people. I’d give it six stars if I could.

We love the property, the house is well located, with enough beds for our family, a well-equipped leisure area, barbecue, ping pong table. We didn't use the pool, as it was raining and cold, but we used the fire pit and made a fire the 3 days we stayed. We simply love and intend to return. And a super important detail, the owner is Corinthian and that already deserves 5 stars.

Hosting has exceeded my expectations! The apartment is exactly like in the pictures: clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The location is excellent, close to everything and in a safe area. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was impeccable and equipped with what we needed: kitchen utensils, bed linen, towels — everything very well cared for and tidy. The location is also great, with easy access and in a quiet area. The host Emíly was very attentive and always made herself available to help us. The independent entrance is a differential that guaranteed more comfort and privacy. I definitely recommend it!

We went in 2 couples and we were very well installed. The beds are comfortable, it was cold and we had a blanket and covers available. It didn't even feel like we were on Av. Paulista, it was very peaceful, we accessed several tours because we were so well located. Ana was very kind and helpful. I recommend it!
