Julio was super attentive from the first contact, passing the necessary information. Coming in, we were greeted with cake and candy by Dona Francisca, who is a person's candy. The stay was exactly what we needed.

I've never seen anything like this place in my entire life, in fact the photos can't show the beauty of the place. It's something indescribable and magical I rented the place to make a birthday surprise for my fiancé along with our friends and the days we spent there were unforgettable! We were amazed by the waterfall, the hikes, everything was impeccable and beautiful. The caretaker Tatu and the other guys who work there were super nice and helpful. Communication with Chris was great. We will definitely be back more often! I just want to thank you for everything!

My stay at Daniel and Erica's was wonderful! I explained that there were some details about check-in and checkout and were very helpful with me! The house is cozy, quiet, private. The place is very close to bars, pizzerias, bakeries and markets. For me, the MOST positive point of all was the gas cooker, which gives the freedom to cook the night after the tour. The only thing I realized only when I arrived, is that in the photos there is an extra window, which I asked about it before and arriving at the house I realized that there was no more, it was closed with concrete. In my case it was important to know in advance because the other window, outside this one, had grid and I am claustrophobic. However, I managed to adapt and the lack of the extra window did not have any demerits in the stay. Great apartment if you're studying or working at USP or around the Butantan area. It could get noisy at certain periods but you can close a door and the problem is solved. Patricia and Davi are always helpful and friendly. I've stayed here several times.

Bettina is a great host, a lovely person, very nice, attentive to its guests. The city helped us at all times, it made us completely at ease, feeling at home. We loved the place, the stay was wonderful. Very well-equipped kitchen, clean house, smelling bedding. Dona Selma e Seu Antônio are amazing and very hospitable. Great place for a rest and recharge. The only suggestion would be to put a lighting in the backyard for bonfire nights. the most we are satisfied

We live another wonderful experience on Sandra's Airbnb. This is the fourth time I have been with my family since the first stay, we have fallen in love with the place, an extremely clean house, organized, all prepared with great affection and care to welcome us. The swimming pool is always a highlight, great size, and heated and we were also fortunate enough to catch a few days of Sol that made the water even more delicious, we enjoyed a lot and had fun, with the barbecue as a complement,large, with good exhaustion in a very pleasant gourmet area. The house is perfect to spend quiet moments with family or friends. We greatly thank Sandra for being a helpful, detailed, and always considerate host. For those who have pets, it is the ideal choice. They are super comfortable, and safe. We definitely intend to return and recommend to all who wish to spend days of quiet in a reliable , clean and comfortable place.

Very nice accommodation! The house is small but comfortable for four people. It was extremely clean and organized and the kitchen has the utensils necessary for a quiet stay. The black out blinds in the bedrooms and living room are a differential, for those who appreciate the dark environment for sleeping. In the line of personal preferences, perhaps strange the spring mattress, who is accustomed to sleeping on a firmer mattress. The house is on a large and very pleasant plot. One of the gardens is smaller and more private. The large lawn, in the pool area, is shared with the owners of the house and other family members. Cibele and Dalmo are excellent amphritons! Agile in the communication and resolution of any need during the stay, and very flexible regarding the time of check in. The zeal with which they take care of the property is remarkable. And that makes all the difference!
