Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Our barn apartment with great beds from great-grandmother's time is equipped with a cozy sitting area, 2 TVs and Wi-Fi. In the bedroom, 3 people can stay overnight, plus 4 guests in the living room. (Double bed 2 × 2 m and pull-out sofa 120 × 200). The kitchen invites you to cook. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. The apartment has its own entrance. You will stay alone very quietly in the barn directly by the garden. Our wallbox in the yard ensures the greatest refueling comfort of the electric car.

Good public transport to Mainz city (25 min) and university (20 min). The forest near and invites you to jog and relax. Supermarket, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Free parking in front of the house. Long term renters are welcome! Rent is discounted staggered at 1 week/4weeks.

Apartment is equipped with a cozy relaxation area with massage chair for relaxing and relaxing. The rooms are open and bright. The half-timbered house, built in 1622, is modernly furnished. A wood and pellet stove creates a special evening feel-good atmosphere.

The apartment is stylishly furnished and the medieval ambience invites you to dream. My place is good for travelers, traveling alone, business travelers and families with children.

Our vacation home is idyllically located, yet very central in Mainz. The house dates back to the 19th century and has been lovingly renovated and completely refurnished. You'll find anything your heart desires. It has a beautiful, sunny and quiet location. In less than 1 minute you are on the Main. In 10 minutes you can take the bus to downtown Mainz. Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees.
