Deine Unterkunft ist ein separater Teil unseres Hauses und befindet sich in einem schönen ehemaligen amerikanischen Offiziersviertel. Du hast auf 35qm ein Wohnzimmer mit einer großen bequemen(!) Schlafcouch, einen Kühlschrank, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (Nur Queensize!!!), sowie ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Im Eingangsbereich befinden sich eine Teeküche, Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser aber KEINE KÜCHE! Du hast eine Terrasse hinter dem Haus und einen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Super Verkehrsanbindung. In paar Minuten ist die Autobahn (A3) Richtung Frankfurt /Flughafen /Köln und Würzburg erreichbar, auch schnell geht es Richtung Gießen/Fulda/Kassel. SBahn Station, Hauptbahnhof Hanau mit IC/ICE-Anbindung, Busverbindung. Ein das architektonisch einzigartige Nahversorgungszentrum Rondo ist zu Fuß in 300 m erreichbar. Für die Pausen lädt in der Nahe gelegene Wald zu Spaziergängen ein. Beliebt ist die historische Altstadt von Steinheim mit ihren Lokalitäten. Ruhige Lage!

Perfect for a glass of wine when the weather is good. The apartment - in a private residential building, which is inhabited by the owners - is located in Klein-Karben, about 19 km from Frankfurt/Main. The big city is easily accessible by bus, S-Bahn (35 min) or car (20-25 min). Supermarket and bus are within walking distance.

Our self-contained, fully equipped and bright 45 sqm apartment is located in our home in a beautiful, quiet residential area next to the forest. The living-room looks out onto the garden and a small terrace. Frankfurt city centre by car is about 15 min. (off-peak), the closest public transportation station a 15 min. walk (down/up a fairly steep hill) (there's a bus, but it doesn't run on Saturdays after 3 p.m. and on Sundays). 2-4 people. Families with children very welcome.

The small town of Bruchköbel with about 22,000 inhabitants is conveniently located between Hanau, Frankfurt and Aschaffenburg.
