The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Das Haus besticht mit einem grosszügigen Umschwung welcher sehr naturnah gehalten wird. Für Kinder sind im und ums Haus diverse Spielmöglichkeiten vorhanden.
