Holiday rentals with beach access in Mahmutlar

The host, Mr. Kayhan, was very interested in the issues directly, the house was really spotless, towels, bed sheets, bathroom, and toilet were sparkling clean. The location of the house can be reached anywhere without using a vehicle very close to the beach and the center. There are almost all small household items inside the house, including a coffee maker, and it is very clean. In general, there is no noise etc. in the building, it is a very peaceful environment Having a private parking lot makes it very easy for you not to deal with the parking problem in a very busy neighborhood. I can say that it is the best alternative to choose, I highly recommend it.

The house is very spacious and clean, and there is access to many beaches in 5 minutes by car. There is a laundry and dishwasher dryer at home and they have provided everything up to detergents. The towels were brand new, the sheets were clean, we were very pleased

Apartment is great! Good layout, perfect floor plan and a large balcony, plus the quiet location. Across the street and I was already on the beach, which is not as crowded here as further up to the cable car. The surrounding restaurants are also a little quieter. The supermarket opposite is one of the best in its group. Lots of fresh fruit and Turkish specialties, freshly prepared. Oezdal and his wife Eda are a gem. Always available at short notice, in a good mood and available for information even in the middle of the night. I have often been in Alanya in private apartments as a guest at home. The apartment of Oezdal and Eda is now at a lonely peak! In the future, I will only stay here if I am allowed to! Great location, easy walk to the beach, town and lots of amenities close by. Very spacious, internet was good, and having the office in the second bedroom was great to use. The apartment is very big a spacious too. Building has an elevator and two good size balconys. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful host and wonderful place. We wanted to live some time in Cala, near the fortress. You can walk to it. There is amazing air of pine trees and luxurious views of the city and cove. Quiet at night. There is a wonderful garden. The apartment is very comfortable, on two levels, everything you need is there. Shops are not far away. Climbing uphill from the city is a good workout to be on your toes, but for someone it can be an inconvenience. Good and fast internet. Inga is a responsive and friendly host who was always in touch.

We stayed there for 11 days and felt very much at home right away. The location is really great. You have such a beautiful view. In case of problems and questions, the host is very helpful and directly accessible. I will definitely come again.

We settled in smoothly. Host was accommodating. Although it was a little far from the city center, the view and calmness of the house were spectacular. We like everything. We'd love to stay again.

We booked this place for 7 nights, we found that the property was very nice and spacious, perfect for a couples holiday. The views from the balcony were the star of the show, we greatly enjoyed our morning coffee and evenings chats on the balcony overlooking the stunning views. The only let down was the garden, unfortunately it had not been maintained and we were looking forward to being able to use the BBQ grill, as advertised, however we were unable to. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend to anyone!

We rented four people. We are all very satisfied. A house we would prefer again, much more beautiful than the ones in the image. The hosts were friendly and answered every question very quickly, we had a smooth check-in. The house was exactly in the location we wanted. We wish we could've stayed longer. The villa and the view is amazing. Perfect stay for families. The villa had everything you need, and you can easily find nice restaurants and shops just 5 min away. Perfect location if you would like to stay by the sea and explore the city which is charming.

Thanks to the owners of the place and his wife who welcomed us with hot meals so that we could regain strength after the trip given our late arrival, everything was perfect it was very clean and very functional we spent a week in paradise we have no complaints

Serhat is the best host – he did everything possible to make us feel truly welcome. He arranged a transfer for us, and it was such a lovely surprise to receive fresh pastries in the morning. He was always available and incredibly kind. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and just as described, with the sea nearby. There are delicious local restaurants around. We definitely want to come back! Thank you!

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location was incredibly peaceful and beautiful, with everything you could need just a short walk away. The host was exceptionally responsive, friendly, and respectful, making the experience even better. From the moment I arrived, this place felt like home. The walk to the sea took just 5-7 minutes, and there are great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

great host perfect facility very satisfied

Truly a very beautiful apartment, made in a modern design, expensive appliances and furniture , everything is thought out to the smallest detail. A variety of built-in home appliances , such as a dishwasher , are pleasant to the accommodation. The most gorgeous view from the window, everything you need is within a walking distance. Separately, I would like to note how quickly the host responds to requests and questions.

In Alanya, we stayed at Yakup Erkus's place in Sol Garden for a week. The apartment is only 800 m from Oba's lovely beach and Cornish (8 minutes walk), and the single bedroom apartment is very nice in size. We found it like new, very clean and tidy, and had all the things needed for a very comfortable stay; Yacoub even had snacks, fruits, and water for us upon arrival. He was extremely friendly and responsive, ready to attend to all of our needs. There’s an outdoor pool (not open during winter season) and playground for the kids, and it has a good new coffee shop that served tasty breakfast, coffee, and turkish tea among other things. Yakup kept in contact with us to ensure our needs were met. My wife and I highly recommend the host Yakup and this place to anyone who is interested in coming to Alanya and is looking for a peaceful and calm vacation away from the crowds of Istanbul.
