The location of the apartment is in the Oba area, which is the most decent, most beautiful part of Alanya. Although very central, you will find the tranquility to read your book comfortably on its spacious beaches. There is a taxi rank, restaurants across from the house. There are bars, numerous shops and grocery stores where you can shop. In the evenings, you can sit on your balcony with pleasure, watch the passing and relieve the tiredness of the day by having a very pleasant time. It is impossible to see a single quality item and material in the house. Although it is a small apartment, everything you need is thought out to the finest detail, in short, a magnificent apartment If the🤩 host is beloved Victoria, the most perfect host I have encountered on Airbnb Tell you all the information you need before, after entering, and without leaving the😍❤ house, complete and on time. In many places I've found on Airbnb, I had to ask the host how to get in and out. The houses wouldn't even have soap to wash hands. The house and Victoria are perfect😍❤

Everything has been thought out to the smallest detail, the landlord is very kind and hospitable. The location is very central but there is no noise, it is quiet and very clean, my son and I were very pleased with the gym and pool, I recommend it, we will come here again

We were a family of 6 there and everyone loved it! The apartment corresponded to everything in the description! Also the contact was great . If what was, azis came right away , think he's like a caretaker! The car rental also worked out super mega friendly, the organized Karim for us . Murat the car rental also mega kind and accommodating. So if you want to rent something, I recommend asking Karim about murat . The excursions were great . We stayed at Dimcayi which is a must for everyone! To go to another city or area, the 1 bus is very good, which runs about 30 minutes per person 1€ directly to Alanya. We would come back anytime, felt very comfortable. Especially the little ones in the pool, which was always just great until 10 pm. The only thing that is not so nice, that is the beach as it is only stone beach there I recommend waterproof shoes ! the market ( Mondays ) directly 5 min from the apartment is good and cheaper than the others !

Hello, I would definitely recommend you to go to this accommodation, my favorite part of the house was that all the tools and equipment were available for the kitchen and other rooms. The location was also good. It was within walking distance to the beach. I would like to thank Mr. Mehmet Ali for his smiling face. If I were to go to Alanya, I would consider staying here again.

Great apartment in a private complex with a gated community, good location near the main street and within walking distance to the sea and Cleopatra beach. The property is fully stocked with all essentials for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Alexander, always answered questions quickly and helped organize the transfer.

Yaman came into contact with us, was helpful and available. He lives with his family on the ground floor, who welcomed us hospitably. The dog and the three cats of the house are sweet and confiding. The place is quiet, the beach is about 10 minutes, supermarkets are right around the corner. From the spacious loggia of the attic apartment you can look all the way to the beach. If I were to go to Avsallar again, I would book with Yaman again

Since I previously lived in Avsallar, I wanted to rent a multi-room house there to spend a holiday with my family. We decided to rent Ms. Zeynep's villa. Ms. Zeynep's house is really beautiful, it's big, has lots of rooms and has a beautiful view. I would recommend it to anyone, with or without children. My kids had a lot of fun in the garden. The pool is not very large, but since not many people were there, we swam alone most of the time. The pool is very neat and clean. My children enjoyed the pool very much. A quiet and clean resort. The sea and the beach are very clean, I think it is the most beautiful sea and the most beautiful beach we have ever been to. Since the sea was not very deep, the children swam without fear and had great fun. We were very pleased. We felt right at home. We thank Ms. Zeynep again for everything.

We rented four people. We are all very satisfied. A house we would prefer again, much more beautiful than the ones in the image. The hosts were friendly and answered every question very quickly, we had a smooth check-in. The house was exactly in the location we wanted. We wish we could've stayed longer. We stayed for 5 nights with my wife and daughter from August 26 to 31. It was a great experience for us. We didn't encounter anything negative in the meantime. It's in a good location. Sea view. Great location to watch the sunset. There's almost everything a home should have. You feel at home. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils in the kitchen section that will allow you to have breakfast and dinner. The pool is large enough and spotlessly clean. Definitely at home. Mr. Taner and his wife are very caring and friendly people. With the wireless projection device provided by Mr. Taner, he was also enjoyable to watch movies and series in the garden. Hope to be back...

First of all, I would like to thank Mr. Ömer again for his excellent hosting. The house is perfect for getting away from the city and relaxing. Drinking my morning coffee by the sea and swimming in the cool water in the evening was truly unforgettable. We came to Alanya only for Ömer's house and we realized again and again how right we were The house is clean, convenient and more beautiful than in the photos. All the basic needs were considered, we did not feel anything was missing. The host was also very caring and helpful, the check-in and check-out process was very comfortable. Having its own private beach area and pool distinguishes this house from the others. The enjoyment of a completely private area, away from the crowd, is truly different. It was a simple but very enjoyable holiday in touch with nature. There is access to the sea from the shore and watching the seabed was our most enjoyable activity during our holiday. The presence of fish nests offers an incredibly vibrant underwater experience. Don't forget to take your goggles and snorkel before you go to your accommodation :)

We had a lovely stay with our three young children. -Spotlessly clean -Modern clean bathrooms with powerful showers and well functioning toilets -Fairly well equipped kitchen (dishwasher tabs and oil not included) -Nice balcony. -Good tv with Netflix etc -Playroom downstairs which was well used by the kids -Gym with modern equipment right opposite playroom -swimming pool and small outdoor playground (pool not warm) -huge playground right near apartment -helpful host, organised Transport for us at very short notice! Thank you Pragma for a lovely stay. The apartment is even better than the photos.

Our stay was so pleasant, we wanted to cry when it was time to go. My children even made me promise to bring them back. We felt like locals and met many wonderful people. Waking up and seeing the sea and walking and seeing the mountains was just dreamy. After traveling all over the world, Alanya is hands down the most beautiful. We settled so quickly into the clean, homey surroundings and had everything we needed to make meals for our family. I will miss it so much! Thanks for EVERYTHING Simona and Mustafa!

I would like to thank Mr. Türker for allowing me to have a flexible check-in and check-out. We met Mr. Türker's assistant, Mr. Ömer, and he helped us very quickly and sincerely in everything, and our holiday of 5 people was incredibly beautiful, we felt at home and never wanted to leave this place. The cleanliness of the house was very nice, everything was sparkling. If we come again, we will definitely choose this house.

In Alanya, we stayed at Yakup Erkus's place in Sol Garden for a week. The apartment is only 800 m from Oba's lovely beach and Cornish (8 minutes walk), and the single bedroom apartment is very nice in size. We found it like new, very clean and tidy, and had all the things needed for a very comfortable stay; Yacoub even had snacks, fruits, and water for us upon arrival. He was extremely friendly and responsive, ready to attend to all of our needs. There’s an outdoor pool (not open during winter season) and playground for the kids, and it has a good new coffee shop that served tasty breakfast, coffee, and turkish tea among other things. Yakup kept in contact with us to ensure our needs were met. My wife and I highly recommend the host Yakup and this place to anyone who is interested in coming to Alanya and is looking for a peaceful and calm vacation away from the crowds of Istanbul.

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is very comfortable and has a beautiful view that makes every moment enjoyable. It’s well-suited for a stay even in winter, as there is air conditioning in every room, which also works perfectly for heating. The location is excellent—a great base for exploring, with a main road nearby that runs along the entire Turkish Riviera.
