Nick's Nook is a comfortable little retreat. It is attractively presented and spotlessly clean with everything planned carefully to fit into the cosy space. Nick is a great host - welcoming and friendly. We found several great walks nearby in the woods and farmland and the location is close to the South Downs and the sea and the historic town of Lewes which is well worth a visit. Thanks, Nick, we had a great time.

Our stay was beautiful. The place was really clean and organised. We got complimentary prosecco, coffee and sweets. They provided games, towels, gowns and even toiletries. Jacuzzi was pre warmed. The location is really convenient- close driving distance to the beach, restaurants and shops which are 24 hours opened. Victoria was really nice and responded really fast when I had a question. Would really recommend the stay

The only thing was the sat nav took you further up the road ; and as it was nighttime wehad to phone you , which u answered , which i always good ; but buly the morning very easy to find

To say Sue is a “Superhost” is a little of an understatement. Sue went over and above to make us (my wife is in a wheelchair and we have 2 cats) feel welcome and part of the family- even to arrange a ramp to aid access to the rear garden. Having been homeless due to failed house purchase we found our stay to be a great relief. Sue has a vast knowledge of the area and its amenities. The local pub was really traditional and only 240 paces away. There are sheep, chickens and ducks at the property which all added to this delightful experience and we will certainly return.
