We had a great stay catching up with friends! The accommodation was as described, very clean, well located and perfectly equipped. The quality of the layout and decoration is top notch. The same goes for the outdoor spaces, with terraces all around the house so you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Super clear instructions, and a short message during the stay to know if everything is going well. We fell under the spell of the pool, the wild environment (in the middle of the forest, we could see hares) and this house with typical architecture of the region, enhanced by a high-quality renovation. As architects, we have been able to appreciate the mix between the charm of the old and contemporary functionality. Big plus also for the very high quality bedding. In short, amazing accommodation

Excellent short stay in the Landes, especially at Véronique's, we had a pleasant stay, in very good company of horses, donkeys and ponies, what a joy to wake up with this calm, the apartment really warm and very pleasant to live in. 👍 We will come back with great pleasure, we recommend this beautiful place 👌

We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

Secluded, wild, green, perfect for relaxing and resting. Typical house, immersed in nature thanks to its large bay windows. Warm and family atmosphere. Friendly welcome, very accommodating and responsive host. As noted in the description, temperatures in the house can be cool in case of rain or cold. Make sure to bring warm clothes! Great family experience!

The house is exactly as described and is finished to a very high standard. There are top quality appliances, furniture & amenities throughout. It was also very clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The house is very well located. Hossegor is full of great restaurants & shops. The lake is a 3 minute drive (also walkable) and the ocean is about 8mins. Etienne was a great host. He was very responsive & helpful before and during our stay and made sure everything was perfect for us. We would happily come back again.

Annick is lovely and her accommodation is great! The tranquility you can breathe is incredible! The pool in the courtyard is TOP! It even has a couple of bikes available to enjoy. My partner and our dog went and we felt at home. Thank you for your kindness and we hope to be back soon with a little more time!!

Great stay, very helpful and responsive host. The space was clean and tidy. Travelling with a baby, everything was planned. (changing table, high chair, cot, etc.) We would recommend this listing and host.

A great stay in a peaceful oasis! A warm welcome and very clear directions to find the accommodation. Delicious stay in the middle of a pine forest. Fabulous for enjoying nature in peace! Breakfasts on the terrace facing the forest, wow!!! The house is very functional. A great discovery!

Bogdan was very responsive and luckily we were able to book in very short notice as we almost had no where to stay that evening. Despite the language barrier Bogdan was friendly and kind to us. The property is beautiful and very peaceful, the garden is beautifully maintained. We enjoyed a cuppa in the garden as the sun went down it was truly beautiful. We had a good sleep, the bed was comfy and the room was really clean with towels provided. The kitchen next door had access to coffee / hot water and a fridge etc for your goods. Thanks for your hospitality Bogdan, you saved our evening from disaster and gave us a memorable night instead 😃

We used Beverly’s property for a one night stopover on our journey from Spain to the UK and it was perfect for our needs. Lovely quiet location with all the amenities we required, bed was really comfortable. Communication with Beverly was excellent and we wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again

We were in Contis Plage for the second time and this time we chose Alexandra's accommodation instead of camping. It was a really wonderful holiday! The accommodation is perfectly located, a few minutes' walk from the beach. The house has everything you need, is cozy and beautifully furnished and especially the terrace and garden are wonderful. We will definitely be back :)

I'd like to take my whole family and friends. The house, its owners and everything around it were conspiring to make her enjoy her days to perfection. Everything is close. Supermarkets, Boulangerie, restaurants. Gudrun was always attentive. The people in the surrounding villages are super friendly. The surroundings are magical. I would always return.

We really enjoyed the holiday in Martin's house. You'll feel totally comfortable from the first second. The house has a great positive energy, it's all natural, stylish, clean and comfortable. Since you can't see other houses in summer, you just feel to yourself and be undisturbed. Martin is also super helpful and was always there for us immediately. We definitely want to come back. By car, it's only a few minutes to the beach and there you can park for free. It was an absolute dream vacation.

We immediately felt very comfortable in the beautiful house. The horses in front of the house were beautiful to watch. The barbecue in the garden is awesome. And there is a beautiful walking path through the forest directly from the house. Perfect for holidays with a dog and if you love peace and quiet. Florence is the perfect hostess.
