Sandra was a fantastic host greeting us by producing lovely meat, cheese, wine and beer in the bar area. She was contactable throughout our stay and has been helpful sorting out something for me since we left. The property is amazing with 5 bedrooms and several bathrooms/WCs. We used the pool and hot tub every day along with the games room containing a pool table and bar with a fridge and dishwasher. The rear garden is huge and the is a petanque court and table tennis table. There is generous outside space to eat (there were 9 of us) helped by a good sized gas bbq. The kitchen has loads of space with many of the cupboards full of items to be used. The nearest supermarkets (Intermarche & Carrefour) are both a few minutes drive with Carrefour offering low costs fuel. It is a relatively short drive to Bayonne which is a lovely town astride a river with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops with pretty good car parks available. Overall a lovely villa with a fantastic host.

Great location close to the beach and under shady trees in a quiet neighborhood. The place is fully equipped, you can tell that Christelle and Benoit have a lot of experience. It's also great that breakfast for the first morning was already provided by Christelle and Benoit, so you can enjoy the vacation from the first minute.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely accommodation which has direct access to the forest from the doorstep and is five minutes walk from a beautiful surfing beach. We loved the hundreds of miles of cycle tracks in the area, amazing bird life, and the lively town of Hossegor with its picturesque lake which has a lovely market even in low season. The boardwalks on the dunes in Seignosse and the Étang Noir nature reserve were particular highlights. Definitely worth having bikes for your stay 🚲 We would love to come back next year!

Annie was there to welcome us & was very pleasant. The flat was in a good location for the beach & restaurants. The flat was ideal for myself & my husband and had everything we needed. As it overlooks the main street my only question would be if it would be noisy later at night.

House in the middle of the forest. Very nice decoration and painting from the owner. Very well-equipped house, in the middle of a very large garden, outdoor shower, trampoline, many tables and chairs to be outside and very nice living room. Good bedding, functional kitchen. For those looking for calm, an experience in the middle of the forest, this house is perfect.

Good family stay in this charming house. The location of the residence is really very good, we particularly appreciated the traffic ban on cars (if only for the safety of children, often on bicycles), the proximity of the bike paths (at the exit of the residence!) to the lake and the beaches, the amenities of the residence (swimming pool, mini golf, tennis, etc.) AND the house! And we feel that our host really cares about facilitating our arrival, our stay and our departure!

Nice little house with pool, a few hundred meters from the beach and close to the city center as well. I would recommend it without a second thought!

A just perfect stay! The villa is ideally located in Capbreton: close to the beach, shops, bike paths... everything is within reach. The house is superb, very well maintained and equipped with absolutely everything you need — you feel at home from the moment you arrive. But what really made our stay exceptional was our host: incredibly kind, always available and attentive to make sure everything went well. Her warm welcome really made a difference. We would recommend this villa without a second thought and hope to come back very soon!

We had an exceptional stay! The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. The setting is simply idyllic: calm, greenery, a beautiful swimming pool to relax in, many terraces and the weather is great. A true haven of peace. We had a wonderful week at this lovely place, full of 70s charm. Everything has its own style — slightly dated, but very well maintained and in great condition. We stayed with four children under the age of two, and they truly had the time of their lives. The garden is a highlight, with both sunny and shady spots under beautiful old trees — perfect for little explorers. The pool was still a bit cool at this time of year, but ideal for a refreshing dip. We also brought a small baby pool, which worked perfectly for the toddlers. There’s a barbecue, and the location is fantastic: great for walks, stroller-friendly, and just a 15-minute walk to the beach with 2 nice beach restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.
