The studio offered in Laurence's home, accessible by the garden, is pleasant and offers all the necessary autonomy. The setting is really beautiful and Laurence is very welcoming. We had a lovely time. The spa and swimming pool are also a plus to relax after long days of walks in the beautiful landscapes of the Landes and the Basque Country. My mother and I were delighted and we spread out with fond memories.

We stayed at Alexandre's for a week. His apartment is faithful to the photos, located in a quiet and peaceful residence, close (<5min walk) to the seaside. The house is very well equipped, we did not lack anything. Parking is free and right next door. We would recommend this listing and would not hesitate to return!

Biarritz beach vacation home is like a dream come true. The house was ideal for restaurants and shopping. We walked to the beach several times per day to surf and swim. The LONITA market was amazing. We shopped and made an awesome dinner one night. Also a super wine shop 1 minute from the house. And the bakery across the street was fantastic.

Accommodation that perfectly matched our needs for this stay. Quiet at this time (May). Many services nearby. And above all, just a few steps from the beach! All the amenities we needed were there. I recommend it for a stay in Molliets.

Modern and hyper-functional kitchen, 3 bedrooms with top bedding, 2 bathrooms including one with bathtub and shower... fridge, freezer, induction hob and a terrace with table and bench and mountain views... and all this 15 minutes from the motorway access, 10 minutes from a large area and 30 minutes from the ocean... Well, with the weather at its best, we had a fantastic stay.

The barbecues and the installation for large paella pans are super convenient. The pool area is commensurate with the house, large and very pretty with a very large pool and many games available.
