We had a great stay! The house is exactly as in the photos — modern, very comfortable, clean and extremely well cared for, with all the necessary items for a couple. The decoration really caught our attention, everything was impeccable. The condominium is very safe and quiet, which made us feel very comfortable throughout the stay, we felt at home! A special highlight goes to Ohanna, who was super kind, always quick to respond and very proactive in ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. We recommend for sure and look forward to coming back soon!

We were 6 guests and the house accommodated us with great comfort. It is a little isolated and close to the forest, so we had privacy, silence and a very beautiful view. It was very well organized and clean, the amenities met our needs. Juliana and Bernardo were communicative and answered our questions quickly.

It was great , place identical to the photos , easy to reach, cozy! Guaciara very receptive, met me and guided me very well .

Amamos host at Edinaldo's House and Nil. Very kind, polite and cordial hosts. The home matches the description and photos. Guapimirim is a surprising little town, educated people, beautiful waterfalls and signposted trails. We'll be back for sure!

The stay at Allan's house was great. The place is very quiet and matches the ad exactly. There is a waterfall nearby (you can walk to the waterfall from the terrace) and a trail that leads to the Barreirinha lookout. The house is really nice for a couple and everything was well organized and clean.

The house is excellent, we were 5 couples with small children, outdoor area with great visualization of the children playing everywhere they were. With ctz we will return!

Great stay, easy to get to and within a safe condominium. The house has an excellent leisure area, as shown in the photos. Junior is a good host and was always available to help us. We went in autumn and it was quite cold, so whoever goes, bring a coat, but the days were sunny, ideal for enjoying on the lounger. The view of the mountains is beautiful too. I recommend it!

My stay was brief but it was amazing. The place is even more beautiful in person, everything is impeccable, full kitchen, very clean environment. Ricardo welcomed me very well and was very kind. I hope to be able to come back more often. We love it!

We were very well received and had all the support during our stay. The Studio is great, it has all the comforts and when we arrived we even got a welcome treat. Everything is very clean, we noticed the attention to detail. The bed is excellent, we slept very well! The location is perfect, easy to find and in a strategic spot for those going to the airport or entering the island. I recommend the space and whenever I need to, I'll make a new reservation.

The apartment is a charm, we feel at a beach house at all times, has a lot of stuff and everything was clean and organized. It is close to the beach, with an amazing view of sunset! Although we did not use the facilities of the condominium, which has a lot of things, it drew our attention to having a restaurant at the disposal of the condominium guests. The communal spaces were well maintained and the staff served us well. In addition to being near the beach, which is 5 minutes walking, it also has restaurants, kiosks, malls and nearby galleries, so there is a schedule for all tastes, as well as the availability of cars and deliveries by app. Finally, Fabiana helped us by taking doubt and enabling self check-in since we would arrive late, gave several tips about the place and served us well! We leave there already wanting to return. We highly recommend!

I spent 1 quiet night. It is a kitnet adapted for the basic functions. Backgrounds, no noise and privacy. The bathroom is narrow, the shower is good and the towel is dry on the electric heater. I didn't cook, but you can prepare quick meals. The entrance to the building is a commercial gallery. Doorsmen are friendly. The host was agile in contact with me. The negative point was a cat smell that seemed to be coming from the neighbor.

This is the second time we've stayed and it's excellent!

My husband and I really like Studio do Lúcio. The host was always ready to answer us. He gave us tips on great restaurants and tours. We went to a few and it was really worth it. About the Studio, I thought it was enough for a tourist stay, where you only come back to sleep. Close to the centre, we did almost everything on foot. It was very clean, organized and with extra bath towels. This was of great value because we had the coldest weekend of the year and the towels did not dry in time for the next bath. Simple but clean bedding. There was also a coffee maker, coffee powder and sugar, which was great. The garage may not be enough for a large car, but it served us very well. The only point we didn't like was the noise of the traffic day and night. We're from the countryside and we're used to sleeping in silence, and the noise of the cars all night I confess was very disturbing. But it's not Lucio's fault, of course!!! I recommend Studio, great value for money.

The Grey Cat's House is an amazing place. Very comfortable, decorated with good taste and the view is simply spectacular. We love spending our days there and hope to return soon again. I highly recommend!

Amazing flat with one of the best views of Ipanema! it looks just like the pictures if not better. super close to the beach and the location in general is great with loads of botecos, stores, etc. Julie as a host was amazing, always super responsive and gave us loads of tips. Will definitely try staying here the next time I'm in Rio!

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a great location - it is literally across the street from the beach! Camille was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay, even sending my friend and I several recommendations for activities to do in Rio. The location of the apartment is great, with great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also just a quick Uber ride away from big attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again if I came back to Rio.

We went to my daughter's wedding in Rio, and it was the best place we could have found... Adriana, the owner, is very friendly and welcoming... made us feel at ease. And the apartment was ideal, it was perfect, the location wonderful, the neighborhood, a beautiful view of the Sugarloaf, in front, close, and a good space for our dog, who by the way loved it... and when opening the door a delicious smell of everything tidy and clean, in the details. We love it, and we'll be back...!

Super cozy apartment exactly as described on the site. Super clean. Condominium with excellent infrastructure and great leisure options. 24-hour security. As for the location, perfect for exploring the Industry Union on foot . The Good restaurant options are just a stone's throw away. Ana is an excellent host. I recommend it !

The first impression I got of the place was tranquility and beauty at the same time, something I was looking for to relax, and when it came to the apartment I had a welcoming feeling, because it is a very well decorated space, impeccable organization, in addition to a surreal cleaning... everything was in great condition. Finally, about the location is very privileged, easy access to all the city's tourist points, outside Quitandinha itself that offers several activities to do while staying in it, super recommended with eyes closed. Ah! I loved the buttery biscuiters and the banana lycor, welcoming.
