Carla was a great host, since the beginning of the available reservation and requests, ready to respond and we assist in whatever it was. All the demands we need, Carla solved them, including going to the place to ask questions. The house contains three good bedrooms. The living room and kitchen are large and very functional, bringing comfort. The garage, though tight, was two large cars. The swimming pool is small. The check-in and check-out took place with the greatest peace of mind. The detail of this accommodation is the location, which is very good in relation to the beach of macumba, in Recreio, close to the beach and supermarkets. However, on arrival the GPS directed us to the site, passing through a community, which is close to the property. Nothing occurred in this trip and during the stay, but the feeling of getting to the place passing through the community was not legal, taking into account the context narrated in RJ. Highlight for Barra and Grumari beach, excellent and close to the property.

The host Katia, is of great and easy communication. Always available for assistance. The house is very good. The large and airy outdoor space, because it is close to the beach, it is very windy, which makes the house very fresh. Very good pool. It has a large table near the barbecue, which is perfect for good family meals. In front of the house there is a bakery and a grocery store, which helps a lot. Check-in and checkout were super smooth.

An amazing villa and conveniently located in Rio. Large and comfortable it is also well made for friends and families. Luciana is very kind and present, with good advice, it's a pleasure to have met him.

Amamos host at Edinaldo's House and Nil. Very kind, polite and cordial hosts. The home matches the description and photos. Guapimirim is a surprising little town, educated people, beautiful waterfalls and signposted trails. We'll be back for sure!

Being resident in Brazil, I have been several times to Rio, but this place has greatly exceeded our expectations. Charming, warm, full of positive energy just consistently vintage as described. It inspires us to stay in the house and chat or read a book. Everything was clean, functional and well prepared to make the guests welcomed , including coffee:). I, my wife, children (a baby and a child) and mother (lady of 70) spent six days in the property of Mr. Oswaldo and Mrs. Rosanna. The location of the property is spectacular - a few meters from the beach, silent street, 24-hour surveillance and close to the rich trade of Leblon. As for the communication and receptivity of the owners, I can say, without fear of making mistakes, that it was the most considerate that I received from all the owners from whom I purchased property by AirBnb. The limitation of the characters of the platform prevents listing all the whims that were provided to us, but it was a personalized reception for a family with elderly and children. Although there is information that there is no elevator, attention is needed at this point - my mother is quite active and we are willing to carry two children and all the junk that comes along. The property is very clean and when we arrived it still smelled. Enxoval bed and bathroom quality. There is a single bathroom for bathrooms.

The apartment is great, the wonderful location! I'll definitely come back more often.

I felt very comfortable, Flávia lets us feel at home. I am Carioca de Campo Grande,but for 4 years I got married and went to live in Belo Horizonte,every time I went to Campo Grande I would stay at my brother's house in Cabuçu de Baixo. As this year he was traveling I chose to rent,and I found Flávia's apartment that left nothing to be desired. I will definitely rent other times when I go to Campo Grande.

My second stay at this apartment and it was as fantastic as my last stay. Carlos is a real gentleman who really cares and looks after his guests. He left provisions for a few days which was much appreciated after a long flight. He checked in regularly to make sure that all was ok. The apartment is well located with an amazing view. It is walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. The pool is well maintained and very quiet during the week. The daily complementary housekeeping is an added bonus to keep the apartment spotless. It has all the amenities you need to feel right at home. I cannot wait until my next visit. 100% recommended.

I liked the accommodation very much, the street is without exit and there is no concierge, initially I felt a little insecure about it, but the street is very quiet and it ended up passing us security. The ap was clean and cozy, ideal for a couple and the location is good with everything close by. Dona Laila was a cute one, she served us very well and gave us tips on what to do.

Great accommodation, I felt at home, spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen, were provided towels, pillows and sheets, mega cozy spaces. The hosts were very requested in everything, including in relation to check-in, which was ultimately super easy, as was the checkout About location, in the same block there are markets, gas station and pharmacy. A few minutes walk away, there is a mall, quadra, ferry, extra market and several amazing niteroi museums.

Sirlene's house is very well located: close to the beach, restaurants and bars in Itaúna. The condominium is great, with a great pool and quiet neighbors. My dogs loved it and were very calm too. I'll be back for sure!

The apt is great, well decorated, functional, well clean, well equipped, perfect for short or even long stays. The condominium is very comfortable, very beautiful, and with many amenities. All features compensate for the fact that it is not a sea front. Fast commute to beach (R$20 uber) . The host was extremely kind and attentive. I will certainly return. I highly recommend it.

Joyce's place was exactly as described. It was beautiful, clean and in a secure building. Joyce and Bruna were very communicative and responsive. they checked in often and made sure we had everything we needed. The stay was enjoyable, and I would definitely book it again.

Amazing apartment with everything you need, the decor is beautiful and everything very organized!! Isadora was a sweetheart along with her father, they left us all the way for Easter. We are extremely happy with the choice of this apartment and we will definitely return more often!
