The house is delicious!! Super cozy and comfortable. It's a complete house! Wonderful bed and bath linens, pool towels were also available. Kitchen complete with utensils and dishes/cups/glasses of all kinds, full tbm barbecue area! There is no shortage of activities for children! Pool buoys, foosball, ping pong, pool, beach tennis rackets and the soccer field! Everything works perfectly. Apart from the pernilongos, we have nothing to complain about. Victor was an excellent host responding to everything quickly. Tbm we were appointed to Thainara to help with cleaning the house on the days we stayed there and it was a great indication. We'll be back!

What an accommodation of the Gods!!! Easily accessible, quiet, the view is exactly as in the photos, the room is exactly as in the photos, comfortable and cozy! The Beauty of the Beach Exceeded my Expectations and the House was just perfect for an open-air, restful and safe visit. We ate a Fresh Fish Platter for lunch at a local Beach Kiosk and were NOT Disappointed!

Luiz was extremely helpful and kind, received us super well, responded quickly, gave incredible tips and presented the house. The atmosphere is beautiful, airy, full of character and history. A Vista can't even be talked about, it's a spectacle apart, beauty everywhere. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and super comfortable room. The house faces the beach, which, despite being a little rough, has lifeguards along its entire length, which guarantees safety. Walking along the waterfront to the stone square, where the church is located, is just a 30-minute delightful walk. There were 13 of us and the house accommodated everyone comfortably: there are 5 suites and two more bedrooms, one of which we didn't even use. The structure of the house is complete and we had no problems with the stipulated schedules for using the leisure area. The place was impeccably clean and well-equipped, perfect for making the most of your stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone thinking of visiting Saquarema!

We spent 4 days, me, my friends and the dog loved the house and the place. We will certainly be back more often. The swimming pool is wonderful, home very close to the lamb beach and 10min to the black tip beach. There is a lot of trade around as, markets, pharmacies, deposits, bars, bakery. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

One of the most AMAZING places my friends and I have stayed. From the beginning of the reservation, to the on-site arrival, contact with Brianna and Leo was very quick and quiet. The arrival instructions were very detailed and we were very positively surprised by the house. It's GORGEOUS! Leo saw our kkkkk reaction. Leo was a sweetheart welcoming us and showing the locality, the restaurant next to the house (which has a surreal view) and the house. My family and I adore the house, faithfully as it is in the photos. We traveled in a group of 14 people and the house accommodated everyone with convenience! The grounds and the house are very large! José is super good and friendly people and the sound of the waves is certainly a plus! The beach is exactly 20 steps from the house, a feather the sea is so agitated. Soon, we would definitely return to another opportunity to enjoy a few days at this listing.

Casa Perfeita! Delicious experience having spent the Easter holiday at Tiago's house. Our group felt really at home... there was accommodation for all of us (there were 7 of us), without any problems. When we arrived, the house was all clean and tidy. Parking spaces for up to 4 cars. Well equipped kitchen, great bedrooms and bathrooms. The house is spacious and at the same time cozy...it has everything we need, even bed linen is offered. Very close to the beach, we slept with the sound of the waves and woke up with the birds singing... a delightful place. We were greeted by the friendly Márcia, who answered our questions promptly and quickly. Anyway, everything was perfect...we had a really wonderful holiday! We'll be back for sure!

The urca house was a grateful surprise, it's great, everything new, the location is amazing, we love so much and feel at home! Erika and Eveline are kind and attentive, we had a little energy problem the first day and they promptly resolved, we will come back more often for sure.

We liked the stay 100%. Place with plenty of space for everything: swimming pool, barbecue, plenty of sleeping space and air conditioning in the bedrooms. Fans in the living room and in the smaller bedroom. Of all the places I've stayed, it surpassed my expectation.
