My second time and I can only sum it up in one word: PERFECT! It's already my favorite place when I need to sleep in Niterói! It's the best Airbnb experience anyone could wish for!! Everything is fantastic! My family and I loved it the first time and we have already repeated it…whenever we can we will come back because it is very but very top! For my purpose, the location was perfect, close to all the points I wanted. Because it is in the central region, one must have a redoubled attention at night, but I found it all very quiet.

Elizandra was attentive and helpful from the first messages, the communication was great. The accommodation is simple, but it met my main need, a place to rest after the busy days at an event. The location was the most important thing for me. I went to UFF every day and felt calm and safe walking to the campus, both on the way there and back. It was very satisfying and I am grateful for the experience.

Teresa's apartment is very spacious, nice and spotless. It has everything you need to have a nice vacation, it is perfectly equipped to cook. The location is ideal, not only for being close to the beach but because it is the nicest neighborhood in Rio de Janeiro. Teresa was very kind to us always, attentive to what we needed for our stay.

Location is amazing, the best option for those who want to stay close to March 16 and walk around the city. We managed to walk to the museum, crystal palace, Tereza street, bars and restaurants, being the ideal stay for those who want to have access to everything without needing an app car. The flat is a grace, all organized, clean and has what you need. The shower could be better, for those who like hot water have to open little, but nothing that negatively influences my experience. I would definitely go back there again, super recommend for a two-person stay!

Compliments only The apartment is Divine, Clean, Smell, Exactly as in your photos👏 In the condominium, there is Restaurant, with breakfast buffet and on weekends, there is also buffet for lunch, very good food🙌 The town is "foot in the sand" yesmm, perfect. There is an exit through its own direct condominium in Praia 🏖️😎 Various kiosks, has the Rico Sucos (best açaí from RJ) Anyway, it's worth staying with Mr. Luiz. Perfect 👏

The apartment is exactly as described, it has all the necessary amenities for a great stay (including for long stays). Excellent location, one block from the beach and close to shops (market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Communication with Joaquim was very fast and clear, he was always very polite. On a future trip to RJ, I'll stay in the same apartment!

We were delighted with the structure of the condominium and the apartment! Everything super organized, clean beyond the staff of the condominium and Karina helpful and polite from the beginning, all the time we felt at home. We have already indicated, and we will definitely be back again soon :)

Olivia went above and beyond to ensure we had a lovely stay - from getting a bathtub for our four month old to letting us check out later so we had a place to stay before the night flight. The apartment was great and location was perfection. We will definitely be back!

My stay was wonderful, a pity that was short-lived. The location is perfect. The amazing view and the super cozy and spacious apartment. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super family, with clear information and good communication between the employees. The apartment is exactly as in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need like: market, bakery, gym… I liked a lot and didn't want to leave kkk for sure I will be back. Alexandre is simply the perfect host, always helpful before, during and even after check-outs. The apartment itself was flawless. Everything was perfect, from cleaning to check-in and check-out. It is basically down to the beach so the location could not be better. I enjoyed my 14 days there and will most likely return

Do not think twice. If you're lucky enough and the place has availability just book it. We've stayed at 10+ airbnbs and multiple 4 & 5 star hotels in Rio this year and this one is the rare gem that: 1. Lives up to the photos 2. Is worth what you pay 3. Is squeaky clean (I have terrible mold and dust allergies and was fine here) 4. Treats you like a guest (not an ATM). The team was responsive, gracious, and accommodating. It was concierge-level service and better than what we've experienced at hotels in Rio. The security is excellent - facial recognition. I'm a mom traveling with my 7yr old and we felt safe - just follow the rules like any city. And they've made everything incredibly easy - e g. QR code for getting onto the wifi.
