Republican estate in Santa Marta's historic center

This is one of the best preserved estates in Santa Marta's historic center, a true oasis. It was our refuge during the COVID19 lockdown. We've focused on enhancing the homely vibe since reopening. The fee includes a support team with in-person & virtual hosts, housekeepers, gardener, poolman. We can help with the logistics and curation of the vacation experience. House has 4 rooms w private bathrooms (3 with AC), high ceilings, great ventilation, inner patio, multiple common areas, small pool.

Our happy house is located in front of the sea, on a strategic and quiet area close to the Airport, El Rodadero, and Bello Horizonte. Our accommodation has three rooms, and open spaces to share with. It's an ideal space for resting. Thanks to its amenities, it is also perfect for working. It is located in a complex with a few houses, wide spaces, and vegetation. The area is far from crowds, making this a perfect spot to calm down, rest and share. Next to Casa Vela, Konna and Mamancana.

Our charming boutique Hostel, know as "Nubá" means little birds in Kogui language, our garden is visited by a great variety of exotic birds. The cabins have with mini bar, fans, private bathroom and terrace with sofas, tables and hammock.
