I loved this apartment. It was perfect for a 3 day stay in Barranquilla. Awesome location, apartment was nice, good internet and great communication from the host. Recomended!!

The apartment was spacious and clean. It was a very central location, safe and with restaurants and bars steps from the door. I liked that there was a doorman/porter and the front door snd the building was locked and secure. The pool area was clean and had a great view. The beach was a couple of blocks away. We had a wonderful time and the location was the reason we went there. However if you are a person that likes peace and quiet, you do hear music late into the night. It didn’t bother us though. Would recommend this place.

A grab spot to spend a few days on the beach. Excellent attention in the common areas with the hotel and the beach. Clean and tidy... would come back many times!

The accommodation is excellent, comfortable and spacious for a short stay. It is a single space but it is well distributed and the bathroom is quite spacious, although it does not have an electrical connector. It is in a quiet residential area, a 10-minute walk from the Viva and Buenavista shopping centre, where there is a very good range of restaurants and shops. There are small supermarkets nearby and two streets away there is a main road where you can take urban transport. From the airport, there is a bus route that leaves you 1 block from the accommodation. A good place to go back to.

My lovely girlfriend and me really enjoyed our stay here, the location was in a very nice area with lots of options for walking and groceries. Came with a balcony, that was faced away from the sun so the breeze was very lovely. The security at the complex were very friendly. In the future we will definitely consider staying here again 😁

This was our second time stay at Salomon's place. It couldn't have been better. The place is clean, close to restaurants, parks. Internet it amazingly fast. I work remotely, so this was very essential for me. Building security is very good. I love the fact that they don't allow anyone other than registered guests. If any issues arise during your stay then you can count on Salomon. He goes above and beyond to make sure the issues are fixed. I highly recommend his place.

Great location and safe surroundings

It's a very nice apartment, it's just like in the photos and the balcony was my favorite place, the sunsets you see are beautiful and you also hear the birds. It is surrounded by nature. The pool is large and also has a stunning view, and the gym has enough machines and dumbbells, and in general, the staff in the building are very friendly. The area has a shopping centre nearby with restaurants and a Carulla that you can walk to. Also a couple of blocks away there is a D1 and an Ara. And the beach is about two or three blocks away. Angela always communicated with me, was attentive and was very kind. I recommend it.

I wrote a long review for Pedro´s place earlier in the year so I won´t repeat so much here but the fact that I´m here again speaks for how much I rate being here. It´s very comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need and it is close to the beach and transport to surrounding areas. Everyone has been really lovely, friendly and helpful and Pedro is excellent at responding if there´s anything you need. Highly recommended and I´m grateful Pedro welcomed me back :)

I stayed with my husband for 10 wonderful days, the apartment is comfortable and the beach is close, very quiet and almost private.

Excellent stay, cozy place and easy communication with Mr. Eduardo. All those who work there were very friendly Everything is very close, the beach, the mall, Ara, D1. Easy to get around by bus to wherever I want to go. Super recommended. We were very happy.

Accommodation as described in the publication and as seen in the photos. It is worth highlighting the good attention and service of Egon, he was always willing to help when I had any situation. Camilo, the doorman of the 100/10 building, is very formal, helpful and cooperative. Very good experience!
