We had a very nice stay in this beautiful home! It was close to the center of Minca and the river. The gardens are beautiful and the house clean and confortable! The host were friendly and flexible with the check in/out time

Mrs. Sandra is an excellent host! And also very nice person, from before our visit he attended me and my friends in a very warm way, giving us recommendations on what to do during our stay, such as where to eat typical food, where to walk and that other places outside the city to visit, he was always attentive to anything we needed, at the time of checking out, he offered us to keep our luggage for a few days and also a space inside his house to stay while it was our flight time, we were in love with Santa Marta and we will definitely be back in the future!

The apartment is excellent and well equipped. Located in a very quiet area, surrounded by nature, ideal for relaxing and disconnecting from stress.

It is a spacious house, ideal for large groups, to get to the house there are quite a few stairs but in general no problem. It is approximately 15 minutes (walking) from the nearest beach in colorful wells, a nice and quiet beach. The shops are far away walking, better if they have a car or take transportation. Mrs. Patricia is very kind and don Pablo always responds to any situation or concerns. We would come back.

We had an exceptional stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Alana, who was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Her generosity was evident when she picked up breakfast snacks early in the morning ahead of our planned excursion—a gesture that truly made a difference in our stay. The accommodations were spacious, with ample shelf and closet space that provided convenience and organization. While some of the sliding bathroom doors could use minor repairs, this was by no means a significant issue and did not affect the overall quality of our experience. One delightful bonus was the presence of a charming and tame house cat who occasionally made an appearance, adding a cozy and welcoming touch to the home. Our only regret was not staying longer, as the experience was nothing short of wonderful. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-hosted stay.

Our stay at the cabin was simply wonderful. The place is beautiful, very clean and fully equipped, perfect for rest and disconnect. Everything was in excellent condition, with details that make a difference and generate a sense of home. We want to make a very special thank you to Shirley and Jose, who were incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful throughout our entire visit. You can see the affection with which they run the place and that is reflected in every corner. Thank you for making us feel so welcome! Definitely a place we would love to return to.

Clean, modern apartment with everything one need for a comfortable stay. Supermarket, gym and restaurants are all within 5-10 mins walk. 24/7 security. Great views one the SM mountains. Great value for what you get 👍🏼

Our stay at Princesa Del Mar was great. Super close to the beach to go for a run, get a tent for the day, or just pop down quick to watch the sunset. The porteria are also very friendly and helpful. Andres was an excellent host. Really really attentive and responsive. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to stay in this area. The house is really open and nice for a family or group of people. The project was great at night. There is also AC that worked really well in each room. There was even one in the living room, but we never used it as the fans and breeze kept it nice anyway. Oh and the pool is great too because you have an option for sun or shade throughout the day.

The apartment is in a good location, close to an Ara and a tour agency that makes it easy to do some activities in Santa Marta, great view, just to keep in mind that there are already some things of the apt that need maintenance for the most excellent.

It is a clean apartment with a good distribution of the social area and the rooms. In high season the building can have high flow of people. It has something good and it has various social areas

Erwin was the person who welcomed us, a kind and attentive being, always available and very collaborating, the place is faithful to the photos, private and comfortable. Property managers respond quickly and are attentive.

We loved the place. The experience in both the care and the accommodation was exceptional. We would definitely come back. The only thing is that the suite itself did not have a view of the sea (part B) as the photo suggests.

if you are looking for tranquility and being close to nature, this is the place. Very nice view of the sea. The house is high up and you have to walk. You are in nature so you have to love the sounds of nature and the birdsong in the early morning.

It has been my favorite place in all Colombia, amazing view, private, peaceful, great internet and everything you need. My dog and I didn't even went outside the place because we didn't need more. Completely amaziinnnggg!!!

Use Google maps and it takes you to the house or have May recommend a taxi. Easy to find, but Rappi and taxi drivers need your assistance to get there. AC in the rooms worked perfect, I felt very safe and the locals were nice.

Spectacular, it is the dream house for this area, quiet, comfortable and private. The beach is in the house's patio with spaces for resting with hammocks in the shade facing the sea. Communication with Diego the host was super efficient and kind. Cecilia and Uriel are the butlers, just as efficient and kind, very attentive to everything. The house is very comfortable. It has everything for cooking, bathrooms and clean sheets. It has everything to spend a few quiet days of true rest with family or friends. Thank you Diego for everything, we will definitely be back!

Had a caretaker at the property every day. Took out trash, cleaned daily. Very responsive bringing extras like a pressure cooker and large Bluetooth speaker. Large house with lots of sleeping areas. Two patios for entertaining and nice gardens.

We were very happy with everything. Nice place, good value for money. We had some changes in the reservation in between, Alfonso was always super understanding and accommodating. We will be happy to come back! :)
