Spectacular apartment that felt like home from the beginning. Perfect for kids, exploring outside of the bubble of the resort or just laying around the more than comfortable apartment. Exceptional facilities like the Infinity pool, the maintained and guarded beach and even access to the main irotama resort grounds. Would recommend to anybody thinking about going. We will definitely plan to come back!, Katy was nice and very responsive to our requests, very quiet and peaceful (even the shared areas) which is exactly what we were looking for, the personal were extremely nice, the jacuzzi was great and the instructions easy to follow and clear, the kitchen had everything that you could need and more.. there’s the Zazue mall very close which has all the restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores coffee shops hair salon and more..

The apartment's layout is great, it has everything you need to have a pleasant stay with the family, the finishes are nice and it is well equipped. Every detail is designed to make you feel at home. The location of the condominium is perfect if you are looking for tranquility and to be away from the noise, the pools are excellent and the access to the beach is a plus. On the first floor there are mini markets and about 10 minutes walk there is an Ara and a D1. If you want to travel to another area, taxis are available at the condominium exit. Thanks to Cesar and Ligia for being attentive and ensuring that the stay was the best.

My family and I loved our stay. Pablo was an excellent host, always very attentive and willing to help us at all times. The building staff were also very friendly and made us feel welcome from day one. The apartment is simply beautiful, comfortable and with a spectacular view. The sunsets from there are unparalleled, truly an unforgettable experience. We'll definitely be back soon. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very special: modern, airy, full of light, with an open and minimalist plan, it is very artsy. It has great ventilation and great views. Being located south of the Rodadero offers access to a much quieter beach but at the same time only a few minutes walk from the north. The neighborhood is very safe and calm. Great communication, very prompt and friendly, the owners gave us all kinds of timely information for our stay. The only thing we would like to be different is curtains in the shower, so you don't have to mop after each bathroom. We are definitely coming back to this cute apartment.

The house is beautiful, as in the photos, the administrator was very good she helped us with messengers, restaurants, but as for the beach it is far from the house not as proposed in the photos, the commerce is very retired from the house, I recommend the place when it takes its own car, otherwise it becomes a little strenuous to pay for vehicles to go to buy food or when other things are needed, in general everything is super well, I have the house in its very complete interior, comfortable and cozy

The place was amazing, it’s beautiful with a nice modern tropical design with nice amenities. We felt right at home with the wonderful service we had from our host Juan Jose he was very helpful and attentive 10/10.

We had an exceptional stay. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Alana, who was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Her generosity was evident when she picked up breakfast snacks early in the morning ahead of our planned excursion—a gesture that truly made a difference in our stay. The accommodations were spacious, with ample shelf and closet space that provided convenience and organization. While some of the sliding bathroom doors could use minor repairs, this was by no means a significant issue and did not affect the overall quality of our experience. One delightful bonus was the presence of a charming and tame house cat who occasionally made an appearance, adding a cozy and welcoming touch to the home. Our only regret was not staying longer, as the experience was nothing short of wonderful. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a comfortable and well-hosted stay.

Excellent property! Comfortable and comfortable! We couldn't use the TV as it was always unzipped and it's the only one in the house, but everything else was fine!

Daniela was very attentive during our stay, she was very kind, she thought of every detail and even had everything ready for our pet, her cabin is beautiful and close to the sea, it provides a plus of tranquility by not being so close to the highway, even so you can walk to this beach or to Gaira. The cabin has very good cooking utensils and even a cooler, which made it easy to take our cold drinks to the beach.

We loved the stay with you, without a doubt, we will return, too clean, tidy with all the necessary implements, we felt safe and very comfortable, The only recommendation is to check the washing machine, since we washed white clothes and they came out stained, or make the recommendation to the next residents. I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Santa Marta, Colombia! The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the beach, and offering stunning views. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures. It had a great kitchen and was well-equipped with three working AC units, which kept everything cool and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the beautiful pool and the hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Wilson, along with Hilda, were incredibly kind and always available to assist with anything we needed. Nearby, there were plenty of restaurants and a few supermarket for any essentials. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

We really liked JorGe's place, bright, quiet, clean, with air conditioning and safe. We felt comfortable there. The beach as well as the shopping center are within walking distance. Highly recommended!

I loved it! My plan was to rest and I did it! Gym, beach access, pool, jacuzzi, spa, restaurant bar, without having to leave the place! Super safe. I recommend it!
